This Sopron Bravotel store: I took turns after 15 minutes of shifting. I pulled my sweater in my face because I didn't have a mask. Instead of thanking me, the customer service officer told me that I would not serve a mask until I pulled on. After I said that a cloud was posted at several points in the store, "a mask or some kind of clothing that covers the face," he couldn't interpret it and refused to serve. Bravo Bravotel!

Bravotel, a subcontractor of the Budapest Savoya Park Telenor Store, I never bought more in this store on November 10, 202020 and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!! There was a salesman in the store who told me that his working hours had expired and then his colleague if he came back would sell Me the phone that had been taken out of the back room and was not packed. I didn’t get the phone in hand, but the seller didn’t check it out either, then I had no idea that a faulty phone had been sold to me. I took my Son's name-day gift home and then told me that the phone was faulty. I don’t rate the administration, nor the clerks, nor the store manager who is very kind anyway, but unfortunately he can’t give a clear answer to anything because his knowledge is incomplete. One seller’s behavior is stomach-turning. They don’t seem to pick up on what kind of people work in the business. But, that's the way it is with customers! (They don't matter!) We're currently there to call neither phone nor help, but I'll pay for a 17 month installment and 2 years of loyalty because we have a sim card and the service is provided but no one cares that there is nothing to put the sim card in. This joke is like buying a highway sticker, but I wouldn't have a car with it. The administration is one-sided, it only protects the seller !! Nor, help, empathy, humanity, but not even competence. I do not recommend it !!! If you do shop in a place like this, always review everything carefully and only accept an original, foiled product. I hope this way no one makes this mistake because I don’t wish anyone this much follow-up, nervousness plus cost etc ... Unfortunately, it was not possible to rate only 1 I give a score of 0 for administration and everything else !!!!
