I discovered this place by coincidence. I was hiking in the surroundings and looking for some hearty food for my midday break. Best pizza I ever ate in my life!! I actually don't like pizza, but the sweet lady owner convinced me to try their buffalo mozzarella house special. Super thin pizza crust, topped with delicate ingredients. Lots of care to leave out the unnecessary, like the crust edges. Looks absolutely delicious & tastes like heaven. I ate the whole thing in one go, even tough I rarely finish a pizza. I also had some homemade lemonade, pie and tea. All while sitting on a high terrace with a beautiful view of Budapest prairies, hills and towns, sunny side. The owners are very accomodating and speak English. They offer gluten free alternatives. There are really nice hiking trails in the surroundings. For example a GR route (Csillaghegy - Dömös - Budaörs) which pass near by Üröm where the restaurant is located. The hiking route "Ürömi tanösvény (Északi útvonal)", marked as the red T, passes through Ürom village. After my dinner I walked down from the mountain through the forest of Péter-Hegy, Roks Hegy, to the beautiful open green land from Mocsáros and then to the Aquincum archeological site where you have the tram stop from line 5 back to city center.

A magical place with this amazing view only 20 minutes from Budapest. The super friendly owners make your experience perfect there. The food is delicious that you can pair with tasty wines while you are watching the sunset. Will definitely come back ?

I can speak about this little bistro only in superlatives. If you like silent, uncrowded places, limitless kindness by the staff, super delicious and various foods, desserts and drinks with normal prices and fantastic view, this one is for you! We defenitely gonna come back soon!
