Most 20 perce várok mivel nincs itt az egyik orvos. Szoval jó lenne ha a korábbi kiváló működés vissuaterne mert ezért választottam eddig a BEK_ et
So far, the institute has been characterized by professionalism but now it has not performed really well. I was a manager but the IT system does not work well after each scan you have to go back to the reception because this is the only way to check in to the next station. So that’s an extra queue because you have to queue at the reception like you did 30 years ago. I've been waiting 20 minutes now since one of the doctors isn't here. So it would be good if the previous excellent operation vissuaterne because that's why I chose BEK_ so far

A fent említett doktornál voltam 20 perc 31500ft.
I was at Dr. Gerlinger's clinic for roughly a week at their Váci út site. Already when I asked for information on the phone to make sure everything was sterile because I didn’t want to be stuck with anything in the current situation, instead of reassuring my customer service, I was deeply outraged at what I imagined I was supposed to be. I find it highly exaggerated to protect themselves to the maximum, but I, as a patient, did not feel that way. I was with the above mentioned doctor for 20 minutes 31500ft. A piece of the assistant outside of the doctor and me was not present at the examination, which I know is mandatory anyway. I don't know who disinfects the tools in the absence of an assistant. I write about what the 20 minutes consisted of. First of all, my dear doctor praised me for how pretty I was, and then he asked me 4 questions, from which he determined that I thought I had nothing wrong with me because I didn’t look like he was sick anyway. It's good to see that at a glance?? .. Then he took out the book he said he had written and "taught" it for about a quarter of an hour. Halfway through, I told him to please look into it to make some sense that I was here. This attitude is shocking to me, but it is also instructive, because next time I will avoid this place in a big arc.

Kind of like all the other places. I have now had good and bad experiences as well.

Dear Staff and Future Clients, I escorted my grandmother to a consultation with Dr Maria Ferenc at the end of July. I was extremely disappointed by the service and manner of the Dr Ferenc. First of all, Dr Ferenc did not have her mask on during the visit dispite it was the governmental regulation due Covid-19 and was clearly highlighted everywhere at the clinic. Second of all, when Dr Ferenc asked my Grandmother what is her complain she was unrespectful and used an inappropriate tone if voice. E.g. Dr Ferenc was shouting at my Grandmother and did not allow her to finish a sentence etc. Third of all, during examination Dr Ferenc gave command to my Grandmother what was not possible to complete by my 89-year-old grandmother. Dr Ferenc did not offer any assistance to her and felt like she is rushing her. Forth of all, Dr Ferenc told us to do an X-Ray what was previously (was taken one-week ago) done and the results were shown to her. However Dr Ferenc stated she can not read the results and we have to do a new one with the picture. It was done again for an extra 25 000 HUF. Dr Ferenc did not consider again my Grandmother age as she asked her to repeat the X-Ray. I also think Mr Ferenc is professionally weak as was not able to read the previous results. Doctor like her should not work in this field. Additionally, I asked Dr Ferenc to provide us the CD with the X-Ray photos since we paid for it and wanted to avoid from future inconvinience. We were sent to the basement where had to wait for 40mins (!!!) to make the CD. Furthermore when I checked the CD at home it was empty. I demand the Clinic to send us a new CD with the results on it. Fifth of all, after making the diagnosis, Dr Ferenc asked us to do an MRI as well (45 000HUF), after that DR Ferenc could proceed with the treatment ( injections). We informed Dr Ferenc, we wanted the treatment to be done on the same day due the level of pain my Grandmother experienced. Dr Ferenc sent us to the Reception where they told us there is an appointment for MRI on the same day, however DR Ferenc did not want to proceed with the treatment afterwards. She told she was fully booked and could only offer a new appointment on the next week ( for an other 35 000HUF). It was clear, Dr Ferenc did not want to cure her patient, was only focusing on the money. Very sad to see a a wrong person on a high position like this. Sixth, when I called the Reception to ask for contact where I can express my biggest disappointment, the receptionist did not apologized for my disappointment but only asked me if my complain is bad or good. Afterwards she provided me a general contact detail, where raised my complain as well. I felt it was not professional how the receptionist dealt with my concern. Stay away this Doctor, Dr Maria Ferenc does not deserve any penny.

Long-time return patient. Whenever I have any medical issues, I always come to the BHC. Either in kiralyhago street or either in Nagy Jeno street. Both properties are highly equipped with all the modern machines. The staff is extremely patient and friendly, helpful. They even recognize familiar faces, which makes it even more professional. I am highly recommending this private medical centre. You will not regret it. Parking is also easy, and it is free; you have to show your ticket at the end to the cashier, and they will validate it.

Arriving at my prescheduled and confirmed appointment today the two lady at the reception shared that my appointment got cancelled by them, when I asked why no one notified me the answer was a shrug and no apology in a rather rude manner. I can understand that sometimes things change but I find it unacceptable to not notify in advance the patient, as well as the communication style of the two colleagues working this morning at reception. Highly disappointed in this place.

I am from the UK and was able to attend this hospital for spinal surgery through the EU cross border directive in July 2021. Arranging the surgery was relatively straight forward. I contacted the hospital, who then put me in touch with Dr Lazary. Once he agreed to do the surgery, Eszter was very helpful in organising everything with the hospital.. The staff: The staff were almost all very helpful. from the admin staff to the doctors/nurses down to the porters, everyone seemed friendly and helpful. The hospital: The facilities, from the MRI suite to the operating theatre, were all very modern. I stayed here for 7 nights, I was fortunate enough to have my own room, although the rooms are deigned for two. If you are from the UK I would recommend insisting on a room to yourself. Firstly, when I was there it was very warm, even at night it was hot. The rooms are equipped with an a/c unit, but even on full blast I was still warm (I'm sure the staff thought I was coming down with a severe fever). Quite a few of the staff commented on how cold the room was. So if you are sharing with someone who doesn't mind the heat then there will probably be a row over the a/c. Also, the fridge is very small, so if there are two people sharing, space will very much be at a premium. TV... I sat down for a good couple of minutes scrolling through the channels...they were all in Hungarian. So my advice is to bring plenty to read. There are power outlets by the beds so charging your electronic devices shouldn't be an issue provided you remember to bring an adapter. Food: The food was very much a mixed bag. Breakfast was a little odd in that it consisted of some sliced meats, sliced vegetables and two slices of bread. The main meal is at lunch time and at dinner time a meal very similar to the breakfast is brought in. The lunches were generally fairly good, on my first day I explained what foods I don't like and as far as I can remember none of those were ever brought to me. One gripe is cutlery, none of the meals came with any. I had to ask the nursing staff for a knife and fork...I'm not sure whether they expect you to bring these with you but having previously been an inpatient at a different hospital my expectation was that these would be provided at each meal.... .....which reminds me, not food related...bring towels. I brought a single towel with me, having assumed that this being a private hospital towels would be provided....they aren't. The Surgery: I was able to send Dr Lazary my mri films and he agreed with the indication. On my first day at the hospital I received another mri scan and x rays. Dr Lazary came to me and explained what he was on the images and that the surgical indicators were unchanged. After the surgery he came to me and explained that there had not been any complications and, having had a further x ray, was happy that the procedure had been a success. I will admit I was a little dubious about getting surgery in Eastern Europe but Dr Lazary put my mind at ease very quickly and I can't recommend him highly enough. Getting surgery here is well worth it if you're able to cope with the travelling. The return flights home as well as hours waiting around in airports was not at all fun, but it beats waiting 4+ years for the NHS to eventually get around to you. All in all the surgery/scans etc cost a little over £8,000 most of which I should get back from the NHS. In the UK this sort of operation would cost £20,000+, one hospital in the republic of ireland quoted me between thirty and fifty thousand euros. So from a financial point of view it makes sense to at least consider going abroad.
