Honteux ! Adresse fausse pas de réception !! Mr lenard ne réponder pas au téléphone ni par message. On avais réserver pour 4 nuit et au final . On a failli dormir dehors ! Parce que les hotel était complet !. Mais le lendemain j ai insister sur le téléphone même si sa disais ligne occupé !. On a réussi à avoir les 3 nuits mais aucun remboursement même en lui envoyer des messages !. Honteux

Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen! Vor Ort gibt es weder ein Schild oder eine Klingel, es gibt keine Rezeption und auch sonst keine Möglichkeit die Besitzer zu erreichen. Die Kontaktperson ist arrogant und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit, nicht einmal am Telefon war die Person bereit, Informationen über die Unterkunft zu geben. Dass ich persönlich bei der Unterkunft vorbeigegangen bin, hat aus oben genannten Gründen auch nichts gebracht. Vermeiden Sie diese Unterkunft!

Sul sito della prenotazione era segnato un altro indirizzo, abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora che ci venissero a prendere. La casa è piena di scarafaggi, il proprietario non ci ha dato la fattura e non ci ha dichiarato alle autorità locali. Peccato perché l'appartamento è molto bello, ben riscaldato e centralissimo

Wir hatten das Appartement gebucht und einen Tag vorher angerufen. Es war extrem schwer jemanden zu erreichen und hat mehrere Stunden gedauert. Vor Ort haben wir wieder niemanden erreicht und nach einer Stunde wurde uns das Appartment nicht mehr zugesagt und wir mussten woanders unter kommen. Shuttle war auch schon zur Adresse bezahlt. Das ist wirklich unakzeptabel!

A very nice place to stay in Budapest. The apartment was very large, cozy and also very designer. The position of the house is very useful, because it's in the centre so you don't have to go long way nowhere. The only drawback here is difficult parking...

Scam and rip-off. Waited to collect keys at coffee shop nearby, when agent arrived she told us we could not have this, but another apartment a few hundred yards away. Went to see this and was disappointed as scruffy, no a/c and no lift as per booking. Became irrelevant as ‘manager’ phoned agent and told my wife we were too old and he was cancelling booking so we could go away and find a hotel. May holiday weekend in Budapest so hotels difficult to find, and impossible in city centre where we wished to be. After several hours the manager (after pressure from Agoda bookings) agreed to find us another apartment. An hour later we were offered two bunks in an eight bed student hostel room with no facilities. Eventually gave up and found hotel outside the city for our four night stay. Wasted 6 hours of first day in this idiocy, and doubled the cost of our holiday. This a classic scam. Check Tripadvisor where all 5 star reviews are from a reviewer who has not rated any other property and most of the reviewers are from Serbia or Montenegro. The owner’s friends or paid reviewers ? Classic scam and this business should not be on any reputable booking site / agency. Beware !

I would rate at 0 stars if I could. Booked through Agoda, tried to phone like a million times, no answer, tried Agoda messages, even phoning via Viber as I could see they were online. No luck. We were a group of 7 and a 6 month old baby, waited outside the place for hours trying to reach someone and ended up booking another place urgently at a higher price. We were glad we had somewhere to stay. Lost so much time that we could have spent exploring the city. Moreover, contacted Agoda about the issue, they promised a full refund, and then next morning I got an email that the host is waiting for me to check in. Could not believe that. Seriously? He realized the next morning I had the reservation for the night before. Of course I said no. Writing this just to warn others about this place, as I wish I saw reviews here before I booked the place as Agoda reviews are great. Maybe the place is nice, but I did not have a chance to experience that. Save yourself time and money and book something more reliable.
