★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON PRENOTATE. È una truffa!!! Siamo andati in Barros utca 45 e non c’era nessun appartamento. Il proprietario non rispondeva a nessuna chiamata e le persone si fermano ad aiutarci perché eravamo disperate, faceva freddo e non sapevamo come fare. Abbiamo chiamato l’agenzia viaggi che dopo 4 ore ci ha trovato un altro hotel. Non esiste nessun LUXURY STYLE APARTAMENTS A BUDAPEST
 DO NOT BOOK. It is a scam!!! We went to Barros utca 45 and there was no apartment. The owner didn't answer any calls and people stop to help us because we were desperate, it was cold and we didn't know how to do it. We called the travel agency who found us another hotel after 4 hours. There is no LUXURY STYLE APARTAMENTS IN BUDAPEST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING! This Hotel is a SCAM!! We showed up to the address and it was an unmarked door to a building complex; very creepy. We asked many people around the area no one knew that the hotel existed. We called the phone number they provided, a man answered and told us that we need to walk to another address 5 minutes away and a lady would show up and check us in, which never happened. We called back the number, no answer. Was forced to find another hotel. Lost 120€. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was forced to move to another nearby apartment for an unknown reason.
I asked them why I should move, but they just repeated that the original apartment is old and dirty, and this apartment is newer and better.
If they can't provide the original apartment, they shouldn't have listed it on expedia; at least they should have contacted me in advance and tell me the real reason for the move.
Besides, there were following differences between listed and assigned apartment:
- No laundry dryer (just washer)
- No TV
- No tablet computer
- No weekly housekeeping (even though I have arranged housekeeping schedule)
That being said, the differences were not critical for me; I would have given them 3 stars if they were honest about their apartment (considering price and location).
