A shame for Budapest, I was looking for a baby hydratation drink, I just wrote the age of my baby on a paper to explain the situation and the guy just said "no I don't have"... ridiculous human being

The short, dark haired woman working here (probably in her 50's) is truly a horrible person who should be ashamed to call herself a pharmacist and a doctor (which she does). She is openly racist, she refuses helping people even if they get ill in from of her. She also instructed her colleague, who wanted to help, not to help. She openly discriminates foreigners and refused to help someone who needed one single tablet standing in her pharmacy.. The point of a 24/7h opened pharmacy is to offer help in case of need or emergency. According to this woman, someone could very well die in from of her before she would do anything to help if you are a foreigner… Shame!!!!!! According to her, you can go ahead and call an ambulance while your health is getting worse sitting in her pharmacy, before she will lift a finger to help you.. Racist, hateful, truly horrifying person. Avoid at all costs… and, again, Shame on you for calling yourself a pharmacist!! I've never been more dissapointed of another human being's behaviour in my entire life! :(

If you are a foreigner be cautious. The dark haired women mid 50s will write the price of the item on a piece of paper and what she writes is more expensive than what it should actually cost. If you must go here be alert to the fact that she might be trying to rip you off.

From the moment I walked into this pharmacy - on Monday, April 17th 2017 - I had the worst, most unpleasant, unfair, ugly and extremely stressful experience I have ever had in my life. I have been in many European countries and the people were very polite everywhere. But the lady pharmacist who is working here (the short middle-aged brunette one) is, in my opinion, one of the most impolite, unprofessional and unethical person I have ever met until now (I am a 62 years old doctor myself). I witnessed personally the selective way in which this lady was serving people. Since I was here visiting from Romania for 4 days, I needed a medicine for high blood-pressure (a condition I suffer from). Unfortunately I had finished my medicine so I went to this pharmacy (the only opened one in that area) with a European recognized prescription, to get more medicine. This lady pharmacist said she will not give me that medicine without giving me a specific reason. After insisting, she eventually gave the most stupid and untrue reason - she admitted she didn’t want to give me the medicine because I am from Romania and she said I want to sell the medicine on the black market!???? and she also said that she hopes the borders between countries will closed and said to go back to Romania where I came from!! And this is a pharmacist !!! ...living in an European country, for God's Sake !!! And the pharmacy was working for emergency cases that day since it was Easter holiday in Hungary and the other pharmacies were closed!! She gave me this "explanation" in the English language. But when I called the police (not knowing what else to do) she suddenly could only speak Hungarian. I asked her to give me 3 pills, at least - 2 for that day (Monday, April 17th) and one for the next morning, because it was an emergency. She refused and didn't want to explain to me what other possibility I had until the police came! This pharmacy was the only one opened in that area because of the Easter Holiday and I didn’t know where else to go! I wrote this because I wanted to strongly advise people coming from other countries to avoid this pharmacy ! But I will also complain to her superiors. My only mistake, actually two : 1) I am Romanian & 2) I didn’t have enough pills for 2 more days - should I be crucified for this ?!? Finally, I bought the medicine from another pharmacy, I had to search for it for more than one hour - but the pharmacist working there acted as a professional and very well educated person and she immediately gave me the medicine after I showed her the prescription. I will came back with her address, when I find it - for anyone to know where to go and get help !

Hello everyone! I gonna remind all of you that please be cautious about this pharmacy!!! My husband purchased the stomach medicine from this pharmacy at around 8am this morning (22 Mar 2020). He saw that the male fat staff entered the price of the medicine into computer is 980ft. However, the staff told him that the price is 1980ft!!!! My husband asked him to provide the receipt but the staff pretended not to understand!! I also purchased the same medicine for my husband from this pharmacy around one month ago. The female staff sold us by 1600ft at the moment but also WITHOUT receipt!!!!

A woman in glasses and with white hair ripped me off, I asked something from burn, she gave me a medicine and I saw a sticker that this gel was on a discount, the price was 25% off. At the cash machine she was peeling off the sticker and sold the gel at a regular price. Back home I read the bottom and saw that it will be expired in a month. Very dishonest cashier

Went there around 8, which was their closing time. There were 2 staffs, one old woman, and the other was a man around at 40 ish. The woman told us to wait a bit until she finishes her things done, but the man were literally shouting at us to 'get out'. Yes I get that it was nearly closing time but I think he could say things more in a polite way, not shouting 'get out' over and over

The only pharmacy opened before noon on Good Friday. Asked for paracetamol. Got pills and syrup. Won't let you hold and inspect until you pay up first. COVID-19 I guess. Each for 2695Ft. Cheap? Reasonable? Expensive? Was just glad I could find one opened.
