★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been to a concert like this! It was an amazing atmosphere the set up was also unique! Being able to get drinks and sit down while waiting for the concert was really cool. There is space in the back if you need to get away as well since it is such a big space! The people who work there are really nice as well even though they probably have to deal with a lot they stay professional! One of the coolest setups I have ever seen would only want to go here for concerts because of how cool it is! Love seeing BVB here and can not wait to see MCR ❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty far from “the action” of districts V & VII, where I spent most of my time in Budapest, but they offer ice skating in the winter, & apparently host a fair amount of events, concerts, etc. Best to check the website before you trek way out here, & there is an admission fee that varies based on the day/ time/ event. It’s not your standard public greenery park, fair warning…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the Deftones and it was awesome! Great sound, spacious, and really fun after party! A few things things to note: they don’t serve water bottles—which I found to be a bit dangerous when you have that many people crammed so close together. Water bottles seem like a must-have. Also, crowd-surfers are not carried off by bouncers, so if you’re planning on being in the pit, make sure you make friends because I doubt security will be very helpful if throngs get messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge, open air and colorful like a summer festival somewhere. I love their motto: leave reality behind. And yes, you can really do it. Bring small backpacks instead of purses, much more comfortable, and be aware, no cash, bankcard only. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the concert was great. The place has a very good, festival-like vibe, which I really enjoy.
There are a lot of toilets (although they smell a bit, but it is not so bad). Also, you can buy a lot of food inside (there is a KFC and a Hummusbar as well).
About the drinks though... You have to buy a recup for 300HUF which you can take home or get a token for that, but you can't get your money back. CupRevolition tokens are no longer expected. What should someone do with that token/cup if they go to the Park only once? And on the top of that, the prices are also relatively high (1000HUF for the cheapest beer).
I really don't understand why you have to make profit on an environmental issue. It would be fine for me if you would increase your prices somewhere else, and do the recup system as it solhould be (you get your money back at the end of the day if you bring you cup back).
I really like to go to Budapest Park, but this part is just sad.
