Hibás árut vittem vissza, és “Viola” megpróbált nettó elhajtani, pedig nem mai motoros az üzletben. Történt, hogy nem volt a méretemben a kérdéses áru, amit cserélni kellett volna. Az általuk kiadott blokkot nem ismerete fel. Nem volt hajlandó jegyzőkönyvet felvenni a hibáról, magától nem ajánlott megoldást a probléma kezelésére. A végén pedig hangosan, megalázóan és cinikusan beszélt velem. Láthatóan útban voltam neki, pedig évi rendszerességgel többszázezer forintot hagyok ott a boltban. Érdekes, azzal nincs gond. Nagyon remélem, hogy az üzlet vezetősége olvassa bejegyzésem. Bízom benne, hogy legközelebb a Hölgyike rossz napja esetén nem futok össze vele, mert Vásárlók könyve bejegyzés lesz belőle és azt nem fogja tudni egy vállrándítással elintézni. Mint megtudtuk, ez a hölgy a főnök ide biztos hogy nem jövünk vissza.
