The staffs are helpful, but I ever experienced, my package wasn't scan, thus it was always makes a sound if it go through scanner gate. It makes me need to go back to zara to scan it again.

I accidentally gave my Zara jacket with the clothes I didn’t want to buy in the fitting room and no one wanted to help me find it.
The girls were really rude and told me they don’t speak English. I had to walk the 3 floors by myself to find the jacket.
It wasn’t nice at all. The shop is nice, but staff are horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like to shop at zara. Ive been to many zara in different countries and city. But i just had the worst service here. Fitting rooms are very dirty and full of unreturned shirts. After i finish my fitting, i went back and bring back the shirts and putting back at the table (thats what we usually do in other zara). Here, they told me to hang the shirt one bg one with the hanger……. I didnt saw she did this to other customers (as in european). Unfriendly and a racist to me.
