★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only counter staff available left and let customers wait Infront of an empty payment counter for up to 15minutes. No staff to assist in finding the correct items. However, large selection of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most stunning and beautiful store in Budapest. The clothes maybe the same as any Hennes around the world but the architecture and design is worthy of being a museum on its own accord. Breathless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable, I must have been scammed. I brought 4 on sale items to the counter to be told I have to pay original price unless I am a Hungarian H&M member. I’ve never heard of anything that ludicrous at any h and m in other countries. Is this for real??? Of course I left without buying anything and wasting an hour of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful H&M store I've ever been in however they really need to train their staff better. I had to wait in line half an hour because only one register was open and the girl was new so she was still learning but there were multiple other free shop assistants that were just walking around and sometimes even stopping right in front of the register and start chatting among them despite seeing how frustrated everyone in line was. Would have it really hurt if one of them opened another register just to speed up with the queue?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful H&M (or High street store) I have ever entered! The architecture and decor is absolutely magnificent and takes you to another world. I’m not sure how befitting it is to the H&M clothes but it was a lovely way to spend some time on our day in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful, spacious and tidy H&M store I have ever seen! I liked that it’s not so packed and you can move freely. I felt like in a very expensive luxury fashion store because of its architecture. The coworker spoke perfect English and helped me at the cash desk registering for a H&M membership very patiently even though there were other customers waiting. She deserves a raise.
