★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously dont even think to go there. Staff is not professional and competent. at all. They made for me 3 crowns which last less than 3 months (all 3 yes!) and the provoked a perforation which caused an infection that after 1 year provoked a hole in the gum and I had to spend much more for a new implant. They really dont know how to deal and talk with patients. There is no passion in what they do, they are there only for our wallet without delivering any professionalism at all...They usually dont spend more than 20 minutes for a root canal which seems cool maybe but I can tell you with that timing it cannot ( and I proved it...)

He is very competent, communicates well in English, and has all the social skills to make you feel at home, in what for many people is a new city. The staff who are friendly and helpful, facilities which are modern and prices which are far better than anything I have experienced in Florida or in Switzerland. I give 10/10 across the board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT bother going there with an emergency because they will not treat you under any circumstances. I had an appointment there in 4 days but because the pain was bad I went there as an emergency and they simply said they will not treat me. Also, even though I told them that I was still not sure if I would attend the appointment they just cancelled it anyway after I left the clinic.
UPDATE:
What is hard to understand is that I could make an appointment for the same day you claim is only for orthodontics but of the next week. On top of that on your website you have an extra price when some goes as an emergency, but I wasn't even given the chance to pay that extra.
And here is the screenshot of the message that I got to my email saying that my appointment was cancelled supposedly because I asked; which wasn't the case. So I don't know why you would say you didn't cancelled it.
