Két utánam érkezőt is hamarabb szólítottak, ráadásul hallottam, hogy az egyiknek későbbi időpontja is volt, mint nekem, mégis előttem ment be a vérvételre. Az oldalon 5500 forintos díj van feltüntetve egy laborvizsgálatra. A helyszínen 8300 forintot számolnak, mert van mintavételi díj. Oké, de a honlapon ez miért nincs fent? A válasz az, hogy de, fent van, csak máshol. :DD Remek. Ha egy konkrét vizsgálat miatt jön az ember, nem fogja az egész honlapot átbogarászni, ha a vizsgálat adatlapján ott van az ár.. Nem vág földhöz az a 2800 forint, de kicsit sem tartom korrektnek ezt. A vizsgálat ára soha nem volt 5500 forint. Ez a vizsgálat 8300 forint. Az egy csillag a személyzetnek jár, na nem a flegma recepciósoknak, hanem a nagyon kedves laborosoknak, mert ők teljesen megértőek és kedvesek voltak. Pofátlansági sorrendben történt a vérvétel. Először voltam itt de utoljára is. Külön meg kérdeztem hogy az eredmény másnapra meg lesz e, a válasz igen persze volt. Sajnos ez sem sikerült. Az egész szolgáltatást szolgáltatót így jellemezném: hightech ruhába öltöztetett fejetlenség nagyobb tanácstalansággal mint egy sztk-ban. Az oldalon feltüntetett árak közel sem fedik a valóságot! Magyarázkodás, és a tévedésük után egy "elnézést" sem hangzott el, még nekik állt feljebb! Maszek lévén, horror árakon a vizsgálat, ezek után elrontva az általuk kitöltött papír a vizsgálatról és rendkívül hosszú idő az eredményig! Borzalmas! Whoever can, avoid them !! I haven't received anything, and they can't explain what happened with the test results. Now I'm trying to keep in touch with them by e-mail. They are incredibly slow and disorganized

Which also affect on our schedule for visiting the specialist doctors.

Are we asking to much if we want at least a decent treatment? Is not a favor we ask for, we are paying for your services, so it will be appreciated you to have a human behavior. My wife was crying after that horrible experience. Shame on you! If anybody can avoid this place, I strongly recommend it!
