n	nana _and_the_whales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy szimpla szemüveglencse cseréről volt szó. -2 volt és -2.5 kellett. Visszamentem/elhoztam egy óra múlva, otthon megnéztem a számlámat amin az állt, hogy -2 ős lencsét vettem. Visszamentem, hogy 20.000 ft-ért egy ugyanolyan erősségű lencsével jöttem ki, mint amivel be mentem. Nem tudnak mit csinálni, 50% kedvezményt tudnak adni egy újabb lencse cserére. Tévedni emberi dolog, de miért az ügyfélnek kell szívnia? A legegyszerűbb üveget kértem, és a végén ott hagytam majdnem 30.000 ft-ot. Egy másik optikusnál ez kevesebb mint a felébe került volna. Nem tudom ajánlani. It was about replacing a simple spectacle lens. It was -2 and it was -2.5. I went back / brought it an hour later, at home I looked at my bill which said I bought a 2-parent lens. I went back that for 20,000 ft I came out with a lens of the same strength as the one I went in. They don’t know what to do, they can give a 50% discount on replacing another lens. To err is a human thing, but why does the client have to suck? I asked for the simplest bottle and in the end I left almost 30,000 ft. For another optician, this would have cost less than half. I can't recommend.

An exceptionally kind and helpful gentleman repaired my glasses, which I didn't even buy from them, for free, in a good mood. There are few such people / sellers today.

Nem a profit az első hanem a vásárlók szeme. Hasonló hozzáállást más optikaban sosem tapasztaltam. Csillagos ötös, ezentúl máshova be se teszem a lábam! ? Thank you very much for the conscience of those working in the mammoth shop. They do a thorough, precise job with the customer in mind. It is not profit that comes first, but customers' eyes. I have never experienced a similar attitude in other optics. Star Fives, I won't put my feet anywhere else! ?

Rendkívül figyelmes, kedves csapat dolgozik itt. Minden kérdésemre választ kaptam, nagyon udvarias, segítőkész szakemberek dolgoznak az üzletben, csak pozitívumot tudok mondani. Köszönöm! I’ve been to several Optic Worlds before, but by far this place and the service provided by the people working here was the most perfect. An extremely attentive, kind team works here. I got answers to all my questions, very polite, helpful professionals work in the business, I can only say a positive. Thanks!
