I booked the accommodation by phone. The owner asked me to call me when I was leaving (three girls). So I did, and on Saturday morning I called to go and ride a bike. In the afternoon, one of the trains went to Badacsony to take over. The owner called me twice in the afternoon, I noticed this at half past five, when I called back. He said we should arrive by 8 o'clock because he had to leave and would not arrive until 11 o'clock. We can take over the accommodation by 8 or 11. I told her that one of the girls had already taken the train and by 6 she would be there. Said it was good. After that, we continued cycling. We arrived in Badacsony at 10 in the evening, and we were really looking forward to our bed. And what did you receive? The owner rented our room! Fortunately, our partner found accommodation nearby after 10 phones. But I ask, if our friend does not decide to go by train, but he also rides, where do we sleep at 10 in the evening? Where do 3 Twenties Girl Sleep? Where would we find accommodation at 10 in the evening? The owner explained that the booking was not authentic. We didn't pay upfront, but the owner didn't say a word to pay. I was staying here 3 weeks before the incident, then I talked to his wife and the accommodation went smoothly. That's why I thought now that we're going again, we can sleep here. But as it turned out, it was a big mistake. The owner is not interested in anything but money. He gave the accommodation to others because they stay for more days than we do. I think anyone can do that at this landlord. Book 4 nights, but if a guest who stays up for 5 nights stays in the last minute, your room will be released without any conscience! I advise everyone to avoid this cheeky peasant!

My daily work is aimed at the development and modernization of our Pension. We need to adapt constantly to changing needs. So much of my job, if I decide to do something, I also have to decide what to do instead.

I have the same opinion as the one before me. The service of a hungry, sour retired couple is full of mistakes. At the beginning, he tells us which guest did not like what he was complaining about, leaving a bad enough mouth behind him, but he also slightly beats himself. He told me he had some guests who fell asleep in front of the TV, didn't turn it off ... (Voyeur?) The cabbage flavor is accompanied by the usability of Wifi, which consists of a telenoric mobile net, but in the absence of signal amplifiers, we no longer receive a signal ... Otherwise, the host said he could browse, but do not think we are watching videos because he does not want to upload your lost balance ... so the net can be accessed by midnight, wherever it works. On top of all the negatives crowned: On our last day, after 9 a.m., we were noticing the rising noises. We were about to leave the room when our "LOVELY" landlord put us at a crossroads. We're going or want to extend it. (All this at 10 o'clock in the 6th minute, when we were heading for the car with our stuff to clear up the delay ...) Well, here's the glass. I'll never come here again. We've never done this before, even though we've stayed at a few places. Landlords have always been so flexible about leaving. Otherwise, the letter indicates 11 hours of departure time, please correct it! I guess here only the guest makes a mistake ... Look, Wifi access is a service, most places are included in the price. (I understand that the guest does not go to the net, but goes to the beach!) You see it this way and I do it differently! Good luck with the operation !!!

We wanted to stay here as one of the accommodations of the Balaton cycling tour station. I called the boarding house by landline, where a lady picked up the phone and did not provide any information saying that I should send an "inquiry email". At least I wanted to get more personal information over the phone, so I also called a cell phone number who was the owner. All he was willing to say was that the date he was looking for was free for us, but I would get an answer to everything in an "interested email". I don’t understand why you can’t communicate with guests by phone as a landlord. I wrote an "inquiring email". With two simple questions: how much does the room cost and can we store the bike inside the building and not in the yard (so far 10 out of 10 have allowed it on our Lake Balaton tours, as the bikes are not dirty). I got an endless reply, not addressed to my name that we can’t bring in and the bike can only be stored on the terrace at night. There would be no problem with that either, but don’t argue that if we brought you into the room, why would disturb the other guests. Despite giving us our understanding: we are looking for another accommodation to suit our needs, we sent it from all our rooms, bathrooms, yard, Lake Balaton, sunshine, etc. I didn't even understand what this was all about. Full of photos and colorful letters, I didn’t understand how to book accommodation with him and leave the bike there somewhere or go, but don’t take the bike and read through his long letter, which wasn’t addressed to me anyway. But on top of that, there’s the address and name of the person you wanted to send it to. Discretion?! My "interested email" didn't reach my destination. Anyway, I think the two negative posts and my case are in complete agreement, I think, about the place. I am very glad that I could not book accommodation and did not have to pay for the email.

We took out rooms several times at the Centrum Pension. We never had a problem. Except for the passing hangover caused by the previous day's winemaking. The email that many people mention is always received by us, even though we have booked more than 6 times. Not at all annoying, though I admit I've never read it before :). The simply furnished rooms provided us with the comfort that a Catholic man's son could expect for so much money at a frequented resort. We wouldn't have liked to have bikes and stinking bike clothes drying on the corridors. Who doesn't like staying at the Ritz. You can take your bike there. Don't hurt the two elders, because I'm gonna cut it. Amen!
