★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is nice but the food and the coffee is just overpriced, not fresh and bad. First the coffee. I don’t know how anyone can make a latte taste so bad but I have never had a worse one. The coffee tastes burned and they heat the milk too much that you need to wait for a long time before you can drink it. Their pastry is always left from a day before. And they are really rude to English speaking customers.
I would never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The orange juice is overpriced for 1000 Ft and the granola was with frozen fruits instead of seasonal. When I complained, that the menu says fresh fruits and frozen is not fresh, and anyway I can't eat that because of my braces (they were hard as a rock) she said it was my fault to think that it wouldn't be made from frozen fruits and said that I should know better next time, which I think was pretty rude. I stated that I only pay for the orange juice, for which she said angrily that she would pay for it then, like it would be my fault. I told her that I did not touch the granola, and she can do whatever she want with it, to which she answered that it was disgusting after it had been in my mouth (!?), even though I told her that it hasn't. OMG, I don't think I have encountered such a rude service in my entire life. Needless to say that the orange juice she made me pay was also not even a whole glass and I have doubts that it was freshly squeezed. NEVER AGAIN.
