★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give zero if it was possible, there's a pandemic and in 50 minutes inside the branch I saw more employees going around with coffees and chitchatting then customer served.
You should make people (also mother with a child) go out of the way asap instead of letting them gather at the entrance while you scroll your smartphone.
To avoid for the sake of your mental health.
