The slowest bank department ever. Every time i come here I spend at least 30 minutes. Today was my personal record! 1.5 hours in total - 30 minutes before the entrance and about 1 hour inside and still after this time my problem was not solved. 1 star I give for a guard who seemed kind, but despite his kindness he allowed 5 people to go before me, however it was a queue and i was 1st. Covid measures are only for visibility as staff allows to enter without mask and standing without mask himself. Seems nobody can speak English to explain you something properly. VISIT THIS BANK DEPARTMENT ONLY IF YOU HAVE 1 HOUR FREE. If no, choose another Unicredit department. Honestly, the most frustrating service in bank ever.

The worst customer experience ever! I am a former customer of this bank and two weeks ago I have decided to be their customer again since I moved back to Budapest. I signed some documents for it and waited Juhaszne Kicsi Eszter's and Koncne Köblös Petra 's call regarding the process. She said she is going to send my documents to head office so they can check my documents and give approval which will take 2-3 days. Well, it took 2 weeks. I was sending e-mails to her regularly however she only replied once by saying that " I am still waiting an answer from head office." I had to move in to my new apartment and transfer the money to the owner and I told her this is a bit urgent please tell them. Yesterday, after two weeks, I went to the bank to complain and ask HOW COME IT CAN TAKE TWO WEEKS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I am very curios what is head office is doing ...I wanted to talk with a manager and they said no you cannot do that. Moreover, she told me that " I told head office that your case is urgent but they do not reply my e-mails and calls." Woooow so professional. Then I told them that they already wasted my two weeks with their slow work and if they cannot proceed anything until tomorrow afternoon I will go to OTP and be their customer . UniCredit's offers a bit better compare to OTP however when I was talking with a lady there I experienced a much better customer service. And this is something that I prefer. Today UniCredit emailed me by saying that "sorry we cannot open your account DUE TO BANK POLICY." Well your bank policy is so unprofessional and slow. After this horrible experience I would not want it anyway even if you asked me to visit your bank today for further procedures.

This is possibly the slowest branch of any bank I have used around the world. Their cashiers seem to spend most of their time looking at their screens and doing God-knows-what rather than serving customers and, when they finally do, their attitude is just rude. Unfortunately, there are some transactions i necessarily need to do in UniCredit but I usually prefer to use other branches whenever i can. In short, avoid banking at this branch if you can.

The worst customer service that I've ever seen! Employees should know that their duty is to assist Unicredit customers not to ignore them! I'm getting authentication expiration every year without any reason but still ok since I can go to the nearest branch! But when I face very rude agents and they cannot explain anything after spending an hour waiting for someone to assist me while they have approximately 20 desks for assistance and in real only 3 desks are occupied! And you are blocking accounts without communicating the needed documents that I need to bring with me to get my card unblocked! And as I can see I'm not the only one complaining about Unicredit experience when it come to customer service and assistance. Wake up and do your job! Otherwise you will lose customers!

I came for some documents to check, maybe bad timing but I have been waiting for a 5 minute to be done for over 30 minutes. There are people in the branch but only one person is serving customers. I hate the hungarian banking system ?

Customer service is tragedy. They make no effort to serve customers in a timely manner. Super slow and make you wait forever.

Awful service, waiting for the cashier already 30 min, clerks chatting around, aggressive security guard. Cashier returning from 'breakfast' after 32 min in opening hours... Cool. These guys should not spend money on advertisement but presenting this chaos to their potential clients

I was trying to open a bank account in English. The consultant said she speaks English and can help with that. I asked first if I can see what my options and fees for different accounts are, however she ignored that completely and proceeded to open a bank account for me. In the meantime she ignored all my questions and was leaving the desk every once in a while. Finally she came back with 20 pages of documents in Hungarian and asked me to sign it. Naturally I thanked for the service and left.
