F	Fruzsina Pocsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eladó hölgyön kívül nem tudok pozitívat mondani. A tulaj nem volt vevőközpontú, nem segítőkész. Egy városi kerékpárt vásároltunk, ami szép, tetszik, viszont mégis csalódottan távoztunk az üzletből. Hogy miért? Próbáltunk szívességet kérni, hogy ha már az árból nem engednek, legalább egy olcsó alap kosarat dobjanak már fel a biciklire. 90 ezer forintért úgy gondolom, ennyi alapvető lenne, hogy benne legyen az árban... Hallani sem akartak róla. A garancia meg egy vicc. 1 év vonatkozik rá, az is csak a váz részére, amivel kB sosincs probléma egy biciklin... Nem is lenne ezzel gond, de miután a lefixáltuk a vételt, megírták a garancia papírokat, utána közölték, hogy van egy kitétele a garanciának. 6 hónap után vissza kell vinni kötelező felülvizsgálatra, ami fixen 4000 forintba kerül, attól függetlenül, van e érdemben probléma a járművel. Ha ez nem történik meg, nem vonatkozik rá egyáltalán az 1 év garancia. Enyhén szólva pofátlannak tartom ezt. Csak a haszonszerzés, pénzlehúzás. Komolyan nem értem, nem érdeke már ebben az országban egy szolgáltatónak sem, hogy elnyerje a vevők pozitív véleményét, vagy hogy megtartsa őket? Főleg egy ilyen hosszú kieső időszak után kéne azon lenniük, hogy magukhoz vonzzák a vásárlókat, a többi konkurens kerékpár üzlettel szemben. Ja igen, és csak kp-es fizetés lehetséges... Mint kiderült. Sajnos ennyi rossz tapasztalat után senkinek nem fogom ajánlani a helyet, mi sem fogunk visszatérni. A 2 csillag pedig csak az eladó Hölgynek megy, ő nagyon kedves, felkészült volt. Outside of the sales lady, I can’t say positive. The owner was not customer-centric, not helpful. We bought a city bike, which is nice, I like it, but we left the store disappointed. Why? We tried to ask for a favor so that if they weren’t allowed out of the price anymore, they would throw at least one cheap base basket on the bike already. For 90 thousand forints, I think it would be so basic to be included in the price ... They didn't even want to hear about it. The guarantee is a joke. It applies to 1 year, also only for the frame, with which kB there is never a problem with a bicycle ... There would be no problem with that, but after we fixed the purchase, they wrote the warranty papers, and then they said that there was a clause for the warranty. After 6 months, it must be returned for a mandatory inspection, which costs a fixed HUF 4,000, regardless of whether there is a problem with the vehicle. If this does not happen, it is not covered by the 1 year warranty at all. To put it mildly, I find this cheeky. Just making a profit, taking money. I seriously do not understand, is it no longer in the interest of any service provider in this country to win the positive opinion of customers or to retain them? Especially after such a long period of downtime, they should be looking to attract customers, as opposed to other competing bike shops. Oh yeah, and only CP payments are possible ... As it turns out. Unfortunately, after so many bad experiences, I will not recommend the place to anyone, nor will we return. And the 2 stars only go to the Seller Lady, she was very kind, prepared.

Konkrétan a boltban egy hete vásárolt belső gumi defektes lett tőlük pár percnyire, és nem volt hajlandó sem gyorsdefekt javítást végezni,sem a hibás belsőt kicserélni. Megjegyzem a bolttól gyalogosan 2 órányira lakom,-ezt mondtam is, és a szintén 1 hete tőlük vásárolt külső is tönkrement volna ha hazatolom. NEM AJÁNLOM A SZOLGÁLTATÁST! Rég láttam ennyire embertelen hozzáállást... The man who allegedly does the service in the store was rejected last year and again this year. Specifically, the inner tube purchased a week ago at the store became punctured a few minutes away from them, and it refused to make any quick puncture repairs or replace the faulty interior. I note that I live 2 hours on foot from the store, I said, and the exterior I also bought from them 1 week ago would have been ruined if I had returned home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE!
