Az ember normál emberi minőségben érdeklődik az ígért időben nem vissza kapott termékről amiről mit sem szóltak, és bunkó lekezelő módon rá fogják az emberre hogy nem jól mondtuk mi a baja (ilyen nem történt főleg hogy nem vagyunk szerelők azért hívtuk őket). Nem ajánlom senkinek... Jerk, arrogant attitude! D	Dóra Oláh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kezdjük ott, hogy eleve 3 hónapot vártunk erre a csodálatos szolgáltatásra amit még mindig nem teljesítettek és ha nem hívom őket a mai napig nem történt volna semmi sem. A "kedves" kollegájuk olyan hangnemet megenged magának ami már szégyen és még otthon sem engedem meg magamnak nem, hogy egy ügyfél felé. Soha többet nem akarok ezzel a céggel még kontaktba se kerülni. Egy szóval élve SZR az egész. Let’s start there, we’ve been waiting 3 months for this amazing service that they still haven’t performed and if I hadn’t called them to date nothing would have happened. Their “dear” colleague allows themselves a tone that is already a shame and even at home I can’t afford not to be a client. I never want to get in touch with this company again. In a word, SZ R is the whole thing.

Amikor felhívtak hogy jönnek, azt mondták kicsi a fürdőszoba...én(!) hozzam ki az udvarra a mosógépet!!! Jelzem máskor is javították, azoknak elég volt a hely. Mondom nincs segítségem, nem tudom...akkor nem jön...döntsem el. Mondom megpróbálom, ha sikerült, visszahívom. Kicipeltem nagy nehezen...hívom. mit gondolok én majd egész nap rám várnak, ma már nem jönnek...jelzem 20 perc telt el, nem órák ...na akkor telefonon bepanaszoltam őket a biztosítónak, másnap kezesbárány volt a bunkója! Hogy egy nővel hozatja ki a gépet? Elképesztő! Ne vegyétek igénybe! My washing machine was under warranty, so a mechanic was sent from here. Well. When we finally got the call from Budapest saying the request has been approved the local one said "Oh well we will check it tomorrow" , after some yelling they said they will check it today but since then (more that 24 hours) they stopped answering saying "no one here speaks english" suddenly. They have no idea what customer service is! Having to live with no fridge for over two weeks is not just uncomfortable but also pricy! And they just don't care! They stopped answering our calls and I wish whirlpool Hungary will close this branch because they are terrible and giving the company the worst name they could ever give. - BASIC customer service: Answering your client phone calls & try solving the problem. - OK customer service: Actually help the customer on your opening hours (until 17!! not 15!) - GOOD customer service: Try and help in anyway possible. But this place: - stopped answering - we had to ask Budapest center to force them to help us I stand by my review.
