★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is beyond comprehension that City Taxi being the largest taxi company in Budapest cannot be asked to send a taxi with a driver who is willing to wear a mask saying they are not required by law.
I as a paying customer cannot ask them according to the dispatcher to do this small thing to ask if any driver is willing to protect its passenger despite it is not required by the law.
I absolutely understand that Hungary as some would say is considered an upside world as basically you have to be lucky to see someone wearing a mask anywhere and the taxi company does not give a flying "care" to protect you.
My recommendation is just forget them and use any other taxi company who at least will trying to fulfill your strange request during a pandemic and will help to protect your lives.
