ATLASZ is the best and oldest travel insurance, I was always satisfied with the service, unfortunately I had to use it several times during my travels, but I was never disappointed with the service of the insurer!

Nem segítőkészek és az utasbiztosításnak semmi értelme nincs náluk! I do not recommend anyone to take out any insurance with such an agency! They talk to people on the phone in a horrible tone and style. They are not helpful and travel insurance makes no sense to them!

Rendes,korekt biztosító. A öt csillagot azért adtam mert váltottunk, de egy biztosításal maradtunk náluk. I visited the insurer’s website to cancel because I got a better term than another insurer. There was no problem with the service. Ordinary, fair insurance. I gave the five stars because we switched, but we stayed with them with one insurance.

Felőlem hívogathat akármeddig, csak értesítést kapok a blokkolásról. Egy dolgot sikerült ezzel elérniük, ha valaha biztosítást kötök ezt a céget messziről elkerülöm, és másoknak is ezt ajánlom! Ahol ennyire tutymálni kell a terméket, ott valami nagyon nem stimmel. Worried, constantly calling, 6 times a day. I blocked the number, it beeps for them right away, but I don't get bored anyway. You can call me for as long as I can, just get a notification about the block. One thing they managed to achieve with this is that if I ever take out insurance I avoid this company from afar and I recommend it to others too! Where the product needs to be explored so much, there is something very wrong.

Letöltöttem az eeszt-ből az ambuláns lapot, az is kevés volt. Kellett még igazolás a Bravofly-tól, hogy tőlük ugyan nem kaptam vissza a repjegy árát. Ezt is beküldtem, ez sem volt elég. Nevetséges! Többet nem kötök náluk biztositást az fix! I don't recommend this insurer either. I had to cancel my mom's plane ticket due to surgery. They asked for a pile of papers, the medical certificate was not enough. I downloaded the outpatient sheet from Eest, it was a little too. I also needed proof from Bravofly that I hadn't received a refund from them. I also sent this in, it wasn't enough either. Ridiculous! I don't take out insurance with them anymore!

Külföldi utazás során poggyászkésés miatt pár alapvető dolgot vásároltunk, bőven a biztosítási kereten belül. Nem beszéltük a helyiek nyelvét, ők pedig más külföldi nyelven nem beszéltek és nem tudtunk számlához jutni a hotelhez tartozó boltban. A biztosító számára mindent dokumentáltunk, a megvásárolt termékeket is lefotóztuk, de a teljes rugalmatlanság és az ügyfélközpontúság teljes hiányával utasították el többszörösen a kártérítési igényünket. A jövőben biztosan nem választom őket. During the trip abroad, we bought a few basic things due to baggage delays, well within the insurance coverage. We did not speak the language of the locals and they did not speak any other foreign language and we could not obtain an invoice in the hotel shop. We documented everything for the insurer, we also photographed the products we bought, but our claim for damages was repeatedly rejected due to a complete lack of inflexibility and customer focus. I will definitely not choose them in the future.
