V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Love the spacious room at such cheap price. And the breakfast was amazing! Negative: The thin wall that I can the neighbors. And the bed was not balance, we felt the left side of the bed frame was sinking.
J	Judge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice hotel. It is ideally located next to public transportation hubs in Budapest. In addition it is connected to the West End Shopping Mall, a four level mall compatible to high end Malls in the United States. The desk clerk who assisted us several times during our three night stay was Victoria. She was one of the friendliest front desk agents I have encountered in my travels. In addition, Victoria speaks flawless English. In addition at the front desk serves as a concierge for tickets in the local area. While the breakfast buffet is included with some room rates, we added it upon our arrival. The breakfast was well worth it, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The servers were attentive, and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was top notch and the most expansive I have seen in 8 months of living in Europe (staying at IHG's). The ONLY con is that the gym was closed for "renovation." Although the hotel did provide free passes to the gym down the road, we were disappointed not to have the convenience.

The staff assisted in printing documents for me and providing directions. The hotel is adjacent to a large shopping mall, so any type of fast food or purchases are done very easily. I highly recommend this hotel.
D	D catterall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with convenient access to the Mall. The rooms are very good size and very clean, with friendly maids, who always greet you in a morning. The included breakfast had alot of options including gluten free options, the staff here cannot do enough for you! The location is very good with a short walk to the town centre and close to the thermal baths. Overall very happy experience here at this hotel would definitely recommend!

The hotel was clean and inviting and ideally situated next to the train station so you could travel in any direction and get to your destination. Took 10 minutes to Fishermen's Bastion. Breakfast was good, and the staff were happy to adapt food to your needs. So refreshing to see staff work with a genuine smile and make sure you enjoy your stay. The only minor point was bed was a little to hard , but I else I cannot fault the hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one of the best. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located in a big mall with facilities, direct access from hotel is possible. Location is very good to explore the rest of the city. Taxi’s are easily available in this location. Recommended!
M	Mike Ellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really sorry to leave one star. The hotel is stunning. Newly refurbished. The staff are excellent, really attentive, polite and friendly. Victoria especially on the front desk. They would do anything to make your stay go well. The food is good, the location is great…. The windows are thin, rooms are very noisy. Front of the hotel, loud traffic on the busiest of roads, the back of the hotel, the train station and an ice rink with disco. If what you want to do here is get a good nights sleep it’s unfortunately not the place. Thank you to all the team, you were amazing. The owners need to put their hands in their pockets and sound proof the windows!
