Worst bank ever. Stupid online can exchange currency during working hours only, minimum amount to convert is 100k HUF! I ended up with no money on a weekend, even having USD on my account - branches are closed, ATMs can't withdraw money from a non-HUF account.

Incredibly slow with no respect for customers. I visited over 5times solely because of the location. Every time I come I had to wait for 30-60mins just to get served. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Raiffeisen certainly needs to do something about this branch.

* They are professionals. * English fully supported in booking number machine, signs and screens, and employees. * Good customer service.

The absolute worst bank. Employees in the branches don't know how to operate their own internal systems and tools. Contradicting informations given by different employees, extremely slow service including email response times. Extremely complicated back end processes and account setups and most unfortunately no customer centricity.

It's just a terrible office where foreigners were treated in a boorish way. Dear Hungarians, you are not the only one who knows your wonderful language, and I simply had no words when an office worker began to tell a colleague that there was no need to help "these people" (ofc on hungarian). What a shame.

Banks Employ are very nice for English speakers. It was a nice time to open the account with this bank.

Irresponsible service I visited this branch with a view to open current accounts and a debit card. The manager Kristof T. has copied all the requested documents, told me that they would be checked in 1-2 days and he would call me anyway. But he didn't. Neither did he reply to my email where I asked if there's any decision. Which leaves me wondering if such service in normal for Raiffeisen... Don't recommend to anyone, for me it turned out to become a waste of time.

After 2 weeks of horrible experiences trying to open an account in English, I was recommended this branch, it was literally my last chance as I was starting a new job next day, for which I needed a Hungarian bank account. I was waiting for 20 mins (with a number for appointment), when around 5 pm (bank closes at 6 pm, the only reason I was there so late is because I work 8-16) I was informed that unfortunately as there are other people (2) waiting to open a bank account with an English speaking consultant, they can’t help me today. Even after I told them what my situation was they said they can’t do anything and recommended me to go to a different bank (!)
