Стиральная машинка покрылась плесенью внутри.на кухне не работает индукционная плита.уборка в номере плохая куча пыли и волос от других постояльцев. Very mediocre. The bed with broken lamellas. The sofa is the same. The smell of sewage comes from the bathtub. The water tank flows. The washing machine was covered with mold inside. The induction stove does not work in the kitchen. The cleaning of the room is a lot of dust and hair from other guests.

Ich konnte die Unterkunft relativ problemlos kontaktieren (Reaktion auf E-Mail und englischsprachiges Personal am Telefon) und es wurde eine Umbuchung ermöglicht. Als dann klar wurde, dass der neue Termin wieder nicht einzuhalten ist, aufgrund eines Einreiseverbots wegen Corona, versuchte ich die Unterkunft erneut zu kontaktieren. Per E-Mail und direkt über booking.com reagierte niemand mehr und nach unendlich vielen Anrufversuchen erklärte man am Telefon plötzlich, dass man kein Englisch spricht und legte auf. Klar kann aktuell keiner etwas für die Situation in der wir uns alle befinden, aber zumindest mit den Kunden sprechen bzw. per E-Mail zu reagieren, einfach erreichbar zu sein,das wäre schonmal nett gewesen. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice, auch von Booking.com denen ich mitteilte,dass ich keinen Kontakt herstellen kann und die in keinster Weise unterstützten. We had booked an apartment for a period in which we unfortunately could not travel due to Corona. I was able to contact the property relatively easily (response to e-mail and English-speaking staff on the phone) and a rebooking was made possible. When it became clear that the new date could not be kept due to an entry ban due to Corona, I tried to contact the accommodation again. Nobody responded by e-mail and directly via booking.com and after an infinite number of phone calls you suddenly said on the phone that you don't speak English and hung up. Of course, nobody can currently do anything about the situation we are all in, but at least speaking to customers or responding by email, being easy to reach, that would have been nice. Very bad customer service, also from Booking.com, whom I told that I could not establish contact and who did not support in any way.

La limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear, todo estaba lleno de polvo y el baño desprendía un olor desagradable. Por otro lado tampoco había agua caliente, con lo cual darse una ducha en condiciones normales era insufrible. Contactamos con el host a través de Booking.com, correo electrónico y WhatsApp para que resolviera nuestro problema y nunca obtuvimos una respuesta. Es una pena porque de verdad el apartamento es muy bonito y está espectacularmente ubicado en la ciudad de Budapest, pero creo que es un sitio al que no volvería ? I have stayed here with some friends for the weekend and I think there are many things to improve. The cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired, everything was full of dust and the bathroom gave off an unpleasant smell. On the other hand, there was no hot water either, which made taking a shower under normal conditions was insufferable. We contacted the host via Booking.com, email, and WhatsApp to get our issue resolved and never got a response. It's a shame because the apartment is really very nice and it is spectacularly located in the city of Budapest, but I think it is a place I would not return to ?
F	Fabio Passanante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa siamo stati costretti a non soggiornare nell'appartamento in quanto molto sporco pieno di capelli neri di donna ovunque e sporco e dire poco. Tramite booking abbiamo sollecitato le pulizie ma senza riscontro positivo. Tuttavia siamo stati costretti a prendere altra struttura.... ho chiesto il rimborso della cifra totale da me spesa tramite booking ma mi hanno restituito solo le spese di mancata pulizia 25 euro. Assurdo. Anche booking non mi ha aiutato ad ottenere il rimborso totale.... Sconsigliatissimo. Very bad experience we were forced not to stay in the apartment as very dirty full of black woman hair everywhere and dirty and to say the least. Through booking we solicited cleaning but without positive feedback. However we were forced to take another structure .... I asked for a refund of the total amount spent by me through booking but they only refunded the costs of non-cleaning 25 euros. Absurd. Even booking didn't help me get a full refund .... Not recommended.
