Meg külömben sem ér rá velem foglalkozni. Átvittem az Albaplázában lévő Deichman üzletbe ahol szó nélkül cserélték volna ill. Vissza adták a pénzt. Udvariassak voltak és aranyosak. Ezt a parasztot meg ki kéne rúgni, mert rontja az üzlet színvonalát. A Tescos Deichman nem ajánlom senkinek. The manager is an arrogant jerk. Zipper on shoes bought 3 days ago. Gyereknek vettünk Fila félbakancsot októberben, amit hébe-hóba használt egészen december végéig (állítom nem volt több 4 hétnél a használat a jó idő és a több iskolai szünet betegség miatt). A sarkánál a jobb lábon fesleni kezdett az anyag csak a jobbon. Visszavittük a "hihetetlen" sokat hanált cipőt ami nem volt se kopott se szakadt se sérült. Azt akptuk amit itt ezen a helyen ilyen esetekben szoktunk, megvetést: "kinőtte a gyerek, nem megfelelően használtuk," ha ezek egyike se lenne elég akkor bedobják " a biztosan elázott aduászt" se azt nem ajánlották fel hogy bevizsgáltatják se a javítást, mint lehetőséget. Én forszíroztam a beviszgáltatást aminek a hölgy flegmán eleget tett. Végeredmény a "független" (nyilván :) ) bevizsgálás alapján, hogy a a mi hibánk. Igen kérem ez a normális, hogy egy még alig 2 hónapos cipő, amit minden nap nem használnak ami nincs kopva szakadva tönkremegy ennyi idő alatt és ha ezt szóváteszed te vagy a kellemetlenkedő az üzletben. NEM EGYEDI az eset, az elmúlt 2 évben ez a sokadik reklamáció. Volt már cipöfűzös sztori féri bakancson, ott jött szintén felgmán "nem tudsz cipőfűzőt kötni" vagy más esetekben elvált cipőtalpnál a szintén "elázott" nyilván röntgenszemekkel... SOSE ők a hibásak csak a vevő, ezek nem 2-3 évet használt cipők hanem alig pár hónaposak... Nem javaslom se ezt az üzletet a flegma, goromba hozzáállás miatt se a többit, sajnos amit árulnak és nem jobb márkás az vacak... Mi ide soha többet nem tesszük be a lábunk és ezt tanácsoljuk minden kedves ismerősünknek. Csupán egyet vártunk el: a gesztust hogy a vásárló a fontos nem csak addig ameddig a zöldhasut átadja. We never put our feet in here again and we recommend this to all our dear acquaintances. We only expected one thing: the gesture that the buyer is important is not just as long as the green belly is handed over. (say a patch if we haven't been able to use it for 2 weeks) ...
