Az a stílus ahogy beszélt és jellemezte a hozzájuk járó vevőket és egyben engem is, vérlázító volt, az biztos, hogy soha nem fogok ott vásárolni. Kiderült a barátnőm is ìgy járt csak Ő bent az üzletben.? Szerintem ilyen embereknek nem is szabadna a kereskedelemben dolgozni még akkor sem ha ő a tulajdonos.... Nem tudta az egyik megrendel terméket beszerezni ami továbbra is ott van a honlap webvásárlási listáján! Nem azt a terméket küldte amit megrendeltem. Az emailben történt megkeresésemre nem kaptam választ, az ajánlott levelemre pedig egy minősíthetetlen hangnemben beszélő "Bu" munkatárs reagált. Csak a bolt messze elkerülését ajánlom mindenkinek!!! Májusban (2022) első utamon kiderült, hogy a félrevarrt varrás (gyártási hiba) miatt kényelmetlen. Felvettem a kapcsolatat az eladóval, de a tulajdonos lekezelő, bunkó stílusban kommunikált és a kompromisszum készség minimális jelét sem mutatta. Végül elutasították a panaszom. Ahogy olvasom az értékeléseket, nem én vagyok az első ember aki pórul járt náluk és a stílussal sem csak nekem volt problémám. Javaslom mindenki kerülje el ezt az üzletet aki jót akar magának. I couldn’t try my Alpinestars gloves I bought in October (2021) because of the weather. On my first trip in May (2022), it turned out to be uncomfortable due to the sewn-in sewing (manufacturing defect). I contacted the seller, but the owner communicated in a condescending, jerky style and showed no sign of compromise. In the end, my complaint was rejected.
