In a couple of weeks, shoes shifted a little, I brought it back, but the price was not returned, but sent to snatch, which came back to a worse state than it was. I advertised but would have sent it back ... I didn't like to argue so the opinion went to the books of the buyers. The 8,000 forint shoes were in the trash, I don't buy more. That's it.

Unfortunately we weren't wearing the first shoe anymore and it was coming out in 1-2 months. All between 15 and 20 thousand HUF. The manager is arrogant. I don't have to beg for an examination which of course does not result in proper use. They can explain everything ... the last reason was the material pierced because the foot touched the shoe.

On Thursday afternoon, we entered the Deichmann store in Árkád, Szeged, where we stood at the checkout with casual shoes and more. A few meters next to the checkout, a young lady employed us with her back (noticing that they were standing in front of the checkout) just explained in depth to a young man the science of arranging socks. Since minutes had passed and no one even spoke to us, we asked if anyone would come to the checkout (?) Because we wanted to pay. Her lady (as it turned out later: she nominated herself as the manager of the store) told us in an unsolicited Alpine style that "she is now busy with the apprentice boy and it takes time to buy a shoe anyway!". We were really amazed as we wanted to pay and not look in the store yet because he is just busy with something else, already sorry. After that, a process of speaking up during the payment also started, which I asked for myself. In the nervousness of the couple, he even inserted the credit card in the wrong place, for which the lady also read it to him, with unsolicited remarks. In my heart, as it is, I would have left the whole item there at the checkout, but we didn’t have time to look in other stores, so we paid. When she left, the little lady even sent us to the good stinking hell (!), Saying there was no problem with her style - we are the Cretans. In summary, I don’t think you should work permanently in today’s trade with such a upbeat style, let alone not as a store manager. We don’t even go into Deichmann even from a viewing point of view because of the sub-critical behavior of the employee used. It took hours before we could let go of the situation, it was so outrageous.
