My husband and my son had a very bad experience in your shop on August 19, 2020. When they went out from your shop, a very big woman who is your staff ran out and seized them. She shouted and criticized them of stealing the backpack from your shop. My husband showed her the invoice issued by Mountex, where they bought the backpack from half an hour ago. She didn’t accept the fact and started to use the most malicious and disrespectful Hungarian on my son (similar like “FCK”). My son speaks perfect Hungarian, he understood everything. He felt being shabbily treated and very sad and asked not buying anything from your shop in the future anymore. As a customer who regularly shopping in your shop and as a foreigner, I feel intolerable of this kind of behaviour. It totally ruined our good impression towards the local people. If she had any suspicion, she could explain to them with a polite way (she might not see the brand which didn’t belong to your shop). I am sure my husband and my son would understand her. But using the rudest word on a child without any reasonable explanation is totally unacceptable. She never knew her behaviour has destroyed the reputation of your company.
