★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view. That old tree with the three big branch next of the rondella, surrounded by the fence is famous. Around 68-70, this was the meeting point of the so-called "nagy-fa gang". They were not allowed enter to gigs in todays Várkert Bazár, which was that time the most popular concert place of the early hungarian beat-and rock bands. Most of them, who gathered around the tree, were a fan of Béla Radics, the firts local guitarist, who instead of playing beat music, already started to spread the hard rock and blues by playing Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Cream and his own songs. A part of his fans were not welcome by the officials because of their long hair, farmer or leather jacket, so they were listening Radics only around the tree, if the police let them. They were the first rockers in the time of the beat.
