Nem azt kellene mondani, hogy "ezzel kezdtem" és Én mint ügyfél elnézést és bocsánatot kérek és semmi reakció nincs rá.
Volt valamikor ott egy férfi ügyintéző, aki nagyon udvarias, kedves, barátságos volt. Sajnálom, hogy nem Ő volt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendkívül rugalmatlan, közönyös hozzáállás "ügyintézésem" során, főleg annak tükrében, hogy minden más szolgáltatónál az ugyenezen okból történő szerződésmódosítás simán, rugalmasan, végtelenül segítőkészen és sikeresen megoldható volt.... csak itt nem jutottunk el semmiféle ügyintézésig. Érthetetlen és felháborító.
Extremely inflexible, indifferent attitude in my "administration", especially in view of the fact that for all other service providers, contract modification for the same reason was smooth, flexible, infinitely helpful and successful .... only here we did not get to any administration. Incomprehensible and outrageous.
