A	Ammar Zayadeen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unproffessional , waited for 50 mins for english speaking and the emloyee didnt speak english then she called her college who was in a hurry did even try to give me enough time to answer my questions or help me and they have a thing when the dont understand what you are saying to them they make you feel like you're stupid .. in the end i just left after wasting an hour with no result and abad mood

The money (I estimate about 50 euros) that was still on the old card will stay with Telekom. ??? I don't think that's correct, not to be harder to say. I had to buy a new SIM card. I'm 73 and have no idea where or how to set up this little SIM card and where to find the PIN. The clerk was very upset and unwilling to help, hesitated to change SIM card for me. I found the pin with the help of a friend. Great customer service! Not recommended.

Telekom (Magyar Telekom Nyrt.) tries to turn masses of customers to use the Call Centre more frequently. Just, they installed an online assistant (an automatically speaking voice) there, who tries to help you (asks questions), but very often don't understand, what you say. So, it's more annoying, than helpful. Last time, as I visited the shop, I simply wished to buy a prepaid SIM card package, which they didn't have. Helpfully, they suggested me to check it in MediaMarkt (store for electronic devices), which is on a distance of 100 m in the Árkád Mall, where I finally found, what I was looking for...

P	Patric Gutersohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few of the employees speak English that’s good. But I didn’t get a in deep explanation of services only when asking. The main part here is very unfriendly. I was forgetting my passport there when going back and trying to ask for it, the main part just refused to talk to me only one of them talked with me and gave me the passport. I am always surprised when people cannot be friendly when you are friendly to them. If you need service in English this is a good place, but don’t expect good and friendly service.
