A kedves szakértőjük megállapította, hogy valóban használhatatlan, de nem az anyag hibája és nem kapunk sem térítést, sem javítást. 30 ezer forintos cipőnél ezt elfogadhatatlannak tartom, soha többet nem vásárolunk itt.
My husband’s shoes punctured after a few months of use and became unusable. Their dear expert has determined that it is indeed unusable, but it is not a defect in the material and we receive neither reimbursement nor repair. I find this unacceptable for 30 thousand forint shoes, we will never buy more here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semmit nem cserelnek ki.. 3 hetes cipom szetesett.. 2 het vizsgalas utan az sem volt megalapozott panasz termeszetesen. Elotte egy 2 honapos cipomnek valt le a talpa. Miutan Kiss Bela ur kivizsgalta a cipomet elkuldtek fuggetlen szakvelemenyt kikerni. Nyilvan ami nekem tovabbi penzbe es idobe kerult volna csakhogy biztosan kideruljon selejtes cipot adtak. Egyik esetben meg persze plusz 2500ft ot is fizetnem kellett, hogy elkuldjek kivizsgalni a cipomet amit szinten nem kaptam vissza. Nos sajnos igy 50 ezer forintom veszett oda fel ev alatt es cipom sajnos nincs amiben tudok1 jarni. A labam deformitasara hivatkoztak ami hosszu ido alatt kikezdi a cipot. Ezt a 3 hetes cipomnel nem tudom sajna elfogadni.. oriasi csalodas nekem ez az egesz. Semmivel nem segitettek abszolut veszteseg volt az egesz!
Nothing is exchanged. After 3 weeks, my shoes were set. In front of me, my 2-month-old shoe was off my feet. After Kiss Bela ur examined my shoes I was sent out to seek independent expertise. Obviously what would have cost me more money and time, but it turns out they gave me scrap shoes. In one case, of course, I had to pay an extra 2500ft to have my shoe checked out, which I didn't get back. Well, unfortunately, I lost 50,000 forints in a year, and unfortunately I have nothing to go for. They referred to the deformity of my lab which will break the shoe for a long time. Unfortunately, I can't accept this with my 3 weeks old shoe. They didn't help with anything, it was an absolute loss!
