I	Ivelina Hristova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t mind the 20 min waiting even thought I had an appointment, but what I mind, heavily, is the lack of connection and care for the patients. I had an appointment with a dermatologist who spent 90% of his time typing on the computer what he sees on my skin and what the diagnosis was. The rest of 10% he asked “what can I do for you”. He listened, didn’t explained back to me what he thinks, what was his diagnosis. Gave me a prescription of pills and with 5 words explained when I should take them. I was told the doctor will speak English but he barely did. I understand it’s hard to learn a foreign language but that’s the reason I pay more.

One I had an appointment with an orthopedic who called me in 20 minutes later and he told me we have only 10 minutes because I was late… (I arrived 15 minutes earlier for the appointment so I was waiting 35 minutes) he was super rude. And second time my appointment was with the ophthalmologist who was also super rude and not helpful at all. This clinic is a big disappointment and very unprofessional!

I got called completely on time, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the MD (Dr. Andor Huszar) was very friendly, thorough and attentive.

Called me in for a compulsory yearly check, once he realized I don’t speak Hungarian he was super unfriendly and asked me, why I am not speeding Hungarian and I am only here for 3 month and hence why I am waistline his time. Afterwards he put me on a limited work permit for 3 month with some follow ups. Now, no one can tell me what paperwork I have to provide in order to get a yearly permit… I am just recommending this Doktor to go to a foreign country and have the same experience. Unbelievable.

Á	Ákos Zalaváry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional patient management. They humiliate patients with condescending style and sarcastic comments. I'm usually very kind and showing appreciation for any service I get, respecting all persons serving other people. This time I decided just to observe, stay silent and to finish as quickly as possible because of the attitude the provider had. The only star is given because from expertise point of view the old lady deserves it despite the bitter style she has. If I had had to pay for the service myself, I would boil. This way I can only write this review for others' education. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your good mood and money.
