Miután a szerelő megmondta, hogy szűkítő kell hozzá ami szereléssel együtt 5.000-ft-ba került, a csaptelep tönkrement és nem ad meleg vizet többé...most nem tudom mennyibe fog kerülni még a leszerelés, és az új felszerelése, de jól megszívtuk ezzel a csapteleppel meg a top shoppal :( We bought a Delimano faucet that was advertised for $ 11,000 and turned out to be $ 17,000. After the mechanic said he needed a reducer that came in at 5,000 ft with the assembly, the faucet broke down and didn't give hot water anymore ... now I don't know how much it will cost to dismantle and replace it, but with the faucet and the top shop :(
c	co5oos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendelést követően hetekig, nem érkezett meg a termék, nekem kellett értesíteni őket, hogy küldjék ki, aztán hetekkel később hívnak, hogy azért nem küldték ki mert az egyik tétel nincs raktáron, aztán rám akartak sózni valami mást. Kiküldték a többi terméket, azt persze nem, ami nem volt raktáron, legalább nem kellett kifizetni amit nem küldtek. Az egész egy rakás szar, innen soha többet nem rendelek. For weeks after ordering, the product didn’t arrive, I had to notify them to send it out, then they call me weeks later that it wasn’t shipped because one of the items was out of stock, and then they wanted to salt me something else. The other products were sent out, of course not what was not in stock, at least you didn’t have to pay for what wasn’t sent. It’s all a bunch of shit, I’ll never order from here again.

Az eladók nagyon segítőkészek, szakszerű felvilágosítást kaptunk a matracokkal kapcsolatban. Minden kérdésünkre választ adtak. Amint bementünk, azonnal odajöttek, és a segítségünkre voltak. Az árukészlet is egész jó. Főként delimaro és Dormeo termékek vannak. The store is fine. They have much higher prices than the website. We were looking at a mattress. The sellers received very helpful, relevant information about the mattresses. All of our questions were answered. As soon as we went in, they immediately came and were there to help us. The stock is also quite good. They are mainly delimaro and Dormeo products.

Csak motor hiba esetén cserélnek, javítani nem tudnak. Megvan a véleményünk a cégről, tovább is adjuk mindenkinek a "jóhírüket". Persze kicserélték kis balhé után. Akkor miről beszélünk? Ez vásárló megtévesztése. Felháborító és gusztustalan. Ezért bemászok az Üzletbe és gusztustalanul a pofámba vágják, már rég elfogyott. Kollégájuk azt mondta nem frissitették a weboldalt. Hadjuk már ezt a hazug dumát. Biztos kellett valamelyik dolgozónak. Bezzek a reklám sms-t emailt tudják küldözgetni. Majd kíváncsi vagyok mit szól hozzá a felügyelet. Dormeo Alle. Gratulálok. Tell me, why do you have a website if you give false information? Why do you show an available product that is not even available in the store? Plus at a very reasonable price? T	Tamás Dávid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megvásárolt matrac nem vált be a vásárlást követ 3 napon belül jeleztük hogy ki cserélnénk. A boltban felvilágosítottak, hogy a számomra kemény matracnál nincs puhább... nonszensz egy dormeo esetében. Mivel nem tudták cserélni felajánlottak egy több mint 100 ezer forinttal drágább matracot ami nem sokkal volt puhább az előzőnél. De olyan feltételhez kötötték hogy azt már nem veszik vissza. A matracokra 30-60 napos kipróbálást biztosítanak. Így ha mégse válna be úgy kötelesek cserélni. Igy tökre nem értettem miről beszél a hölgy aztán mindenfajta megoldáson gondolkodtak csak ne kelljen a pénzt vissza fizetni. Végül sikerült visszakapnom a pénzt és az Ikeában minőségibb matracot találtam olcsóbban. Az ügyfél kezelésbe tökéletesen alkalmatlanok az ottani eladók. Először vásároltam tőlük de többször nem fogok. Negatív tapasztalattal zárult. A kiszállítás pedig nem ingyenes vagyis a postával amiről elmondták hogy akár 2 hét is lehet mire ki érkezik... szóval old meg magad The purchased mattress did not work within 3 days of purchase and we indicated that we would replace it. So I didn't quite understand what the lady was talking about and then they thought of all sorts of solutions just not to have to pay the money back. Eventually I managed to get the money back and found a better quality mattress in Ikea cheaper. The sellers there are perfectly unsuitable for customer management. I bought from them at first but I won’t several times. It ended with a negative experience. And the delivery is not free, ie by post, which was told that it could take up to 2 weeks for them to arrive ... so solve it yourself

Mi 2 darabos párna szettet vettünk, ami a rendszer szerint nem volt, de az üzletben meg mégis. Szóval oda kell menni az a biztos. Rossz hogy hiába van nyitva az üzlet hétvégén telefonon nem elérhető... Good and nice products at reasonable prices.
