★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really miss the sauna (they had one before the renovation last year), but otherwise this is maybe the best fitness nearby. Friendly staff, no problem with parking, plenty of cardio machines - an easy choice for many of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, for some it may be expensive but the way they have maintained the machines and equipment is simply great. Lot of exercise equipment to choose from and they do care of COVID hygiene ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the facility, been going to the life1 clubs for almost 4 years..well equipped and lots of space to work out at the allee location . Only annoying thing is they play the exact same playlist EVERY. single. day….haven’t experience at any of the other locations, but at this point I can always hear the song that’s going to be next in my head before it even starts playing on the loudspeaker ??..so yeah that’s a bit annoying and distracting, maybe wouldn’t hurt to change up the playlist or genre every once in a while. Also there is a receptionist here who is exceptionally rude and has absolutely no place working in customer service with her unprofessional and abhorrent behavior. Other than that, great place
