Our favourite delivery man is always very kind, helpful and on time. We have never had problems with his work. He is perfect.

Overall positive experience: notification of an expected delivery works well, delivery person is friendly and even call beforehand (in English!) to check whether I was at home. Pricing of the shipping service is competitive. Only point of criticism, this time at least, was that it took 8 days for the parcel to travel between France and Hungary, which even with Covid-19 effects, seems a bit long. More importantly, during that time, it was unclear where the parcel was. According to the Sender, the parcel had been collected by DPD France, but according to the DPD (Hungary) they only received a pre-notification, without actually receiving the parcel for onward processing. This comes across as strange, as two days after I enquired with DPD and received the above answer, the parcel was delivered to me. All-in-all though, I am satisfied, especially with the Budapest side of the shipping and delivery process.

Their latest delivery provided a very positive experience. We were informed by email well in advance of the likely time of delivery, so that we could organise our day to be sure to be there to receive the package. The estimated delivery time was realistic, the package arrived in the middle of the estimated time slot and we were called that it was being delivered. The courier was polite and the handover of the C.O.D. package was very smooth and involved a minimum of paperwork.

Always a happy occasion to meet my favourite delivery man. :) He's right on time, every time. He's cheerful and my packages are intact. Also flexible even when I want to send a package and I need help.

1 star is too much for a post company unable to deliver packages. On the first day when my package was supposed to arrive, the courier called me and I couldn't get to the phone in time, I called him back within seconds and he rejected my call 3 times. The next day I answered and asked if he can change the delivery address or time because I was not home at the random moment when he arrived. He just said "tomorrow" and cut the line. After that he didn't even bother calling but just marked an "unsuccessful delivery". Not once did he ring the doorbell with my name on it. The customer service was also useless and told me to go pick up my package in some warehouse in the middle of nowhere. I think a homing pigeon would probably do a better job than DPD.

One of the worst courier companies ive ever met for worldwide shipping! Im in europe and i have to say orders from China arrive faster!!! Not to mention the lack of updating customers!! Very disappointed!!!

Here’s my experience with this company: I had a delivery package which apparently had two unsuccessful delivery attempts that I know nothing about (no driver/deliverer contacted me when they were at my address), so they sent my package to their warehouse in the 15th district, and it got worse when they couldn’t locate my package there and had me waiting for 30-40 minutes, in the end I went home without my package. Horrible.

I have no problem with the delivery method and notification system but delivery guys. Is there a requirement for your delivery position that one must be rude to be able to work for you? Delivery guy called me that he is in front of the building and I told him to wait just 1 freaking minute and I am telling my friend to go downstairs from the neighborhood. He did not wait and left then I called him again he was like I just left tell them to come to another street to bring your order back he could not wait 10 minutes. I was like it was only 1 minute he said he did not understand that. Now here is my question, isn't it the basic thing to do to ask back "WHAT" when you do not understand something, especially when you are a delivery ? Thank you for making people's life difficult !
