★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent entry/junior level workplace. Job rotation every 2-2.5 year. Most of the team-leaders are good, the top management is great. They don't hide anything, very transparent communication. The only "problem" is that many BSCs pay much more for similar jobs, positions, so they cannot keep talents for a longer period.
