★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woah. Dirty place. The person was using bare hand (one was in the glove). She didn’t wash the berries that she opened from the box in front of us!!
The waffle were bland.
And as we were leaving we understood that she was preparing another waffle… we did ask to change the ice cream at the beginning, but she apparently didn’t understand that and charged us for two waffles!! When we tried to explain that, she angrily started persuading us that we did order two… well, the appetite was spoiled.
Of course she didn’t want to return the money or something. So very very unpleasant experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is amazing. Arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and the staff was very nice. They did their best to speak English and help with the selection. I was waiting for my waffle, and the worker was apologetic about them not having the toppings I ordered and helped me pick a different one. Overall a really positive experience. The bubble waffles are fresh and delicious, can recommend with raspberry jam. Thank you to the lovely staff serving us, even though it was late at night.
