The Dunapark House is essentially a combination of two luxury rental houses. Designers: Ferenc Domány and Béla Hofstätter. Built in 1935-36. The main entrance was still on the Danube side of the original plan, while the basement-ground-floor-to-ground floor was thought of as a movie theater. The building has two entrances and staircases from Pozsonyi Street, both of which lead to the roof garden on the top of the house. One of the stairs is a curved, stadium-curved spindle space, and the stairs are twisted plates, which, without intermediate support, rest on the reinforced concrete partition walls. The other staircase in the middle is an open-spiral spiral stair that is supported only on the lower and upper floors. The reinforced concrete steps here are marble-covered, with a rubber mat in the middle. The entrances have marble benches and radiators. The building under Pozsonyi út 42 is H-shaped, connected to one of the inner courtyards by the adjacent building, forming a unit with the same layout. The staircase was made of glass walls on two sides as a "greenhouse" between the two courtyards. The walls of the stairwell lobby are covered in full height with marble from Ruskica, with the Emergé rubber mat perforated in the middle of the marble floor.?
