★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a környék épületeitől "elütő" társasház 1958-ban épült. A régi épületet 1956-ban bontatta el a tulajdonos OTP, hogy a helyére egy hétemeletes, 42 lakásos modern társasházat építsenek. A terveket Weichinger Károly és tanítványa - az épület névadó - Virág Csaba jegyzik. Az épület aljában található a Szabó Ervin könyvtár gyermekkönyvtára.
Az épület mai szemmel persze már nem igazán modern társasház, de látszik, hogy nem egy korban épült az őt körülvevő épületekkel.
 This condominium, "opposite" the buildings in the area, was built in 1958. The old building was demolished by the owner OTP in 1956 to replace it with a seven-story, 42-apartment modern condominium. The plans are recorded by Károly Weichinger and his student - the name of the building - Csaba Virág. At the bottom of the building is the children's library of the Ervin Szabó library.
Of course, the building is no longer a really modern condominium with today's eyes, but it seems that it was not built at the same time as the buildings around it.
