I have been working in gastronomy for 15 years already. I was always interested in cooking, I like to play with the flavors and to create new dishes. I was lucky enough to live in Greece and to discover other tastes and a different culinary arts as well. Last year I decided to take a Tourist Guide course in Budapest. Easy Cooking Budapest gave me the opportunity to combine all activities that I love. To show the culinary side of Budapest, and to tell the history, also of one of the most impressive buildings in Budapest, The Great Market Hall. It is a pleasure to be with people with similar interests, and to show them a little part of our great gastronomy. Join me on the Easy Cooking class!

You start with a tour of the market - lots of cheese, sausage and strudel tasters - the cooking lesson is great and informative, the food we made was so tasty and we got to take loads home that we didn't manage to finish. Lots of good Hungarian wine and wonderful company.

She was very helpful and informativ, not only about the cooking, but also about the hungarian background of the food, the market and everything else we asked. I can higly recommend a doing a cooking class with Easy Cooking Budapest. You also get the recipes after the class and can then cook it at home again easily.
