A busz szuperkényelmes és nagyon szép, és tiszta volt, és a sofőr urak is nagyon kedvesek és türelmesek voltak velünk. The bus was super comfortable and very nice and clean and the driver gentlemen were very kind and patient with us. The team and I were very pleased :)

Mikor ezt szóvá tettük ugyan beismerték a hibájukat, de ennek ellenére ragaszkodtak a számlán szereplő ár kifizetéséhez. Ami közel 100.000 forintos kárt csinált nekünk. Semmi kompromisszum, semmi kedvezmény. Nem vagyok biztos benne, h ez a véletlen műve. Senkinek sem ajánlom We agreed verbally on one amount and the invoice was issued for another amount. When we made it known, they admitted their mistake, but still insisted on paying the invoice price. Which caused us almost $ 100,000 in damage. No compromise, no discount. I'm not sure h this is a coincidence. I don't recommend it to anyone

Ferenc személyében pedig szimpatikus, diákokhoz szokott, segítőkész buszvezetőt ismerhettünk meg. A számláztatás a megbeszéltek szerint, korrekt módon, időben történt. Köszönjük az ECB Travel munkatársainak odafigyelését, máskor is szívesen utazunk velük. With our seventh group of children we took part in a week-long trip in the Partium and in Western Transylvania. The bus worked flawlessly across the road. In the person of Ferenc, we met a sympathetic bus driver who was accustomed to students. Billing was, according to the discussion, done in a correct and timely manner. Thanks to the attention of ECB Travel staff, and we are happy to travel with them at other times.

BOVA típusú autóbusz, a kánikulai időjárási viszonyok között is stabilan , megbízhatóan működött.A biztosított buszvezető Vezekényi Alajos Úr, udvarias,segítőkész,tapasztalt és pontos tevékenységével kivívta az utasok elismerését . Az önök cégét -a pozitív tapasztalatok alapján - másoknak is szívesen ajánlom! Hol elismerték felelősségüket, de amikor ezt anyagilag kellett volna vállalniuk, széttárták a kezüket. Az egész ügymenet alatt más ügyintézővel kellett beszélnem. A sok egyeztetés alatt és a végkimenetel miatt egyértelművé vált, hogy az információátadás házon belül nem erőssége a cégnek (mondták is, hogy több száz rendelésnél előfordul a hibázás). Ügyfélélmény szempontból, 1-es! Egyértelműen nem ajánlom! Despite the agreement, what happened was not what we had negotiated, and we had to pay almost a third of the price agreed. Where they acknowledged their responsibility, but when they should have taken it financially, they shook hands. I had to talk to another clerk during the whole procedure. Through so many negotiations and because of the outcome, it became clear that in-house information transfer was not a strength for the company (they were also told that hundreds of orders could go wrong). Customer experience point of view, 1! Definitely not recommend!

Everything was fine when organizing the company trip, I recommend them with a good heart, they gave the best offer and we were satisfied with all the services, the administration was fast and flexible, the buses were modern and clean, the drivers were infinitely kind and flexible!
N	Nicholas Bakaysa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had excellent service and ECB Travel exceeded our expectations. We hired a mini-bus and driver for five days. This included: Transfer from Budapest to Kosice, three days of tours based out of Kosice, and then transfer back to Budapest. The bus was comfortable and clean. The drive was safe and professional. They even provided a separate trailer for luggage when we transferred between cities which was a nice touch. We are from the US and negotiated everything by email with ECB Travel. They sent a written contract that outlined their services and costs and everything was as agreed. I noticed some of the bad reviews had only oral agreements which is always a mistake. We traded emails back and forth s until the required services were clearly outlined in writing. This was for a family reunion of 17 family members. We wanted to visit the small towns and villages our ancestors had lived in Slovakia. We hired our own Slovak tour guide whose specialty was the areas we were visiting and did not use a guide from ECB travel.
