★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liamited service, lack of information. It is better and sometimes cheaper to get the train to Prague, it is more international than Budapest.. Hungary needs to provide more international bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to wait hours to finally get anything done. From at least four customer windows only one is open on a busy weekday afternoon. This is ridiculous... A positive thing: the building is well-kept and spacious with a number of chairs and benches to sit on while your're waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and unsatisfactory service.I was to travel only 11.1 km from Csavoly to Suzuki Auto Szervice, but I was forced to pay the fair for 20 km till the last stop. Auditors was on the bus that day I raised the issue with them but they were not Trained to resolve my problem.Its a highway robbery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is nice and quite comfortable. I came an hour earlier than my bus schedule but didn't got bored since i can do some other things in this place, like buying coffee (which was very cheap) or eating delicious croissant, or buying more souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific regional bus fleet.
The buses are heated up to boiling point.
It is relatively expensive compared to the service delivered.
For 2020 its a joke except this joke is supposed the be the "good service" that takes care of the entire countries regional bus transportation.
It says the bus has Wifi, but it really has except it is not working at all...
The country should really sought out it's s transportation properly...It just says it all that a 141 mile journey takes almost 4 hours...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bus company in Hungary , I am regular passenger ,over all the staffs at counter or driver are friendly and helpful.
But only one bus driver with bad experience , problematic and double standard. (Same driver)
He let other passenger sitting the seat I selected
with out any reason ! Now bus company lifted restrictions as well.i don't understand why? Or my race issue? It happened 3 times.
Perhaps this is my bad luck choose the timing to meet this driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always late, horrific experience, sometimes doesn't even come, abandoned bus starions and has one of the worst cusromer service in the whole country, I suggest using any other alternatives to travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys closed their main bus station in the country at 5 PM on a Sunday. If you are in trouble after, you are on your own. These guys should’ve been shut down for a long time
