Összesen 25 perc alatt végeztem is. Viszont nagy hiányosságnak érzem, hogy a bejárat nem akadálymentes, és nem találtam ügyfélmosdót sem ! I was here for the first time on July 26, 2021. After I drew a serial number, I was in line within 10 minutes. The clerk was quick and kind. I also finished in a total of 25 minutes. On the other hand, I feel a big shortcoming is that the entrance is not barrier-free, and I didn’t find a customer washroom either!

A 18 órás ügyfél csütörtökön 19-kor még a vároban volt, de a két ismerős soron kívül elintézhette a papírjait. 1.5 óra alatt 2 embert szolgáltak ki. The guard does not give a serial number indicating that the system is disturbed. The 18-hour client was still in town at 7pm on Thursday, but was able to arrange his papers outside the two familiar queues. 2 people were served in 1.5 hours.

Nagyon orultem mikor beleptem az eloterbe, mivel sem ott sem az ugyintezoi terben egy lelek sem tartozkodott, csupan az ajtonallo or. Mivel nem volt elore regisztralt idopontom, az uriember nem engedett tovabb, minosithetetlenul udvariatlan modon elkuldott. Csodalkozom hogy ilyen primitiv szemely miert dolgozhat ugyfelekkel. Vartam a kapu elott fel orat es ezido alatt sem erkezett ugyfel. Ennyi ido alatt haromszor vegeztem volna, es az ott ulo ugyintezoknek is lett volna munkajuk, amiert a fizetesuket kapjak. Today, at the age of 15, I tried to do the same at the Kunigunda u service. I was very upset when I entered the foyer, because there was no soul in the room, only in the doorway. Since I did not have a pre-registered date, the man did not let me go any further, in an unqualifably rude manner. I wonder why such a primitive person can work with clients. I waited in front of the gate for an hour and did not arrive during this time. I would have done it three times in that time, and the same people out there would have had a job to get paid.

Azért mentem be mert a telefonos ügyfélszolgálat használhatatlan volt, de itt mindenben segítettek, köszönöm! Viszont érthetetlen számomra, hogy miért szűkítették le az ügyfélparkolót, mellette üresen kong az egész, de azt sorompóval lezárták.. I may have been lucky so far, but I was always in line soon, meeting nice, helpful clerks, including the guard. I went in because the telephone customer service was unusable, but they helped with everything here, thank you! On the other hand, it is incomprehensible to me why the customer car park was narrowed down and the whole room was empty, but it was closed with a barrier.
A	Amatőr Fotós on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokat romlott ez az ügyfél iroda amióta át vette az MWM !! Nyitás után jöttem fél órával egy ügyintéző volt csak, 2-en voltak előttem és kb 40 perc volt a semmiért mert az Elműnél volt a meghatalmazásunk,mivel MWM lett ezt nem tudták át emelni mint az ügyfeleket ,hanem új meghatalmazás kell... Menjek haza ...2 tanú stb... A leg rosszabb hogy le zárták a parkoló nagyrészét, meghagytak 3db parkoló helyet és egy rokkantsági parkoló helyet....ennyi ügyfélnek... Érdekesség amit már azonnal észre vettem: a 3db parkolóban szerintem az itt dolgozók kocsija áll mert amikor vissza jöttem ugyan ezek a kocsik voltak még mindig itt..mint myitasnál... Az ügyfél meg álljon az út túl oldalán a saras ( mert esett az eső) területre ... Szép... Az ügyfél térben a sorszámot osztó hölgy nagyon segítőkész volt,illetve az ügyintéző is? This customer office has deteriorated a lot since taking over MWM !! Let me go home ... 2 witnesses etc ... The worst thing is that they closed most of the car park, left 3 parking spaces and one disability parking space .... for so many customers ... It's interesting that I noticed right away: I think the car in the 3 car park is there, because when I came back, these cars were still here..as at myitas ... The customer should stop on the side of the road beyond the muddy (because it rained) area ... Beautiful... The lady sharing the serial number in the customer space was very helpful, as was the clerk
