The whole Mvm is just awful They do not pick up the phone, they do not reply to emails, the online interface does not allow me to receive an appointment, but I can only go to an appointment in person. But you can't ask for an appointment anywhere Hungary is moving forward, not backwards!

Scandalous case is not handling, they are unreachable, but at least they give electricity at a good price due to lack of contract! Go Hungary!

Sehol nincs kéznél épkézláb segítség. A szolgáltatóváltásnál össze-vissza számláztak, teljesen követhetetlen volt. Gratulálok, szép teljesítmény! Catastrophic online interface, CIB bank payment is a significant setback, it has run into errors several times, then it is no longer willing to open the link, but it is not possible to start a new payment by selecting the current items from the account. There is no help at hand. They were billed back and forth when switching providers, it was completely untraceable. Congratulations, nice performance!
D	Dániel Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vállalhatlan, undorító és felháborító, amit művelnek. Még soha nem sikerült 1 óra 20 perc alatt felvenni a telefont, de legalább az e-mailre sem válaszolnak. Kretének, egy bombát érdemelnének.... unacceptable, disgusting and outrageous what they do. They’ve never been able to pick up the phone in 1 hour and 20 minutes, but at least they don’t respond to email. To Crete, they deserve a bomb ....
S	Szilvia Csoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pont egy órája várakozom, hogy tudjak valakivel beszélni az MVM next áram részlegen, és senki nem veszi fel soha, már egy párszor próbáltam hívni, mert folyamatosan túlszámláznak, az aplikációban nem fogadja el az óraleolvasásomat, ugyanazért az időszakért már tőbb csekket kaptam amit befizettem, és nem is értem, hogy miért kell többször fizetnem ugyanazokat, a video chat-es ügyfélszolgálaton nem segítenek pesti ügyfeleknek, azt mondják nem látjáők az adatokat, hivjam a számot amit soha nem vesznek föl!!!!!!! Most is kaptam két új számlát valami befizetésekkel a mérőáűllások teljesen rosszak es kétszer fizettenenk ugyanazért, hát mi folyik már itt?????? Összekeverik a szerződéseket, személyes ügyintézés lehetetlen, telefonos ügyintézés lehetetlen, de azt el tudja mondani 6milliószor, hogy használjam a nyüves applikációjukat….. They criticize what they are doing. They confuse contracts, personal administration is impossible, telephone administration is impossible, but you can tell me 6 million times to use their nifty app… ..

A legnagyobb felháborodásomat az váltotta ki hogy pénteki napon 13 óra 48 perckor kezd el velem foglalkozni majd 13.50 perckor bejelenti nekem hogy ő bezárt nem hajlandó velem tovább foglalkozni jöjjek vissza hétfőn!!!! Kirugott szépen fogalmazva holott az ügyfélfogadás 14 óráig tart! Nem engedte meg hogy elintézzem az ügyemet! Felháboritónak tartom hogy félbehagyta az ügyintézésemet mert ő úgy dönt bezár. Az ilyeneknek munkát nem adnék! Nem oda való!!! Nem ajánlom senkinek sem Jerk, unqualified clerk attitude !!! Blonde middle aged woman who seems to be in pain when she has to work. My biggest outrage was caused by him starting to deal with me at 1:48 pm on Friday and then announcing to me at 1.50 pm that he was closed and he refused to deal with me again on Monday !!!! To put it bluntly, the reception lasts until 2 p.m. He didn't let me handle my case! I find it outrageous that he has abandoned my administration because he decides to close. I wouldn't give them a job! Not there !!! I would not recommend it to anyone
