They delete items for your order with the notice - the item you requested to be removed had been removed - and later you get an email explaining they removed it as it's not available in their system anymore and there is no stock; which is a LIE:
The problem with this, is that if you go on their site, the item is there (the price 2x) and you can order it, so it's both in their system and in stock!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these guys. My order placed and paid for on 18 Dec is still nowhere to be found. Their contracted seller - Pidernix Ltd - is hiding behind a switched off phone, has not been answering emails either for over 10 days. Emag customer services keep sending emails to Pidernix, without an answer, but this does not seem to bother Emag too much. Products sold by pidernix are still available on their website.
Money down the drain...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced; shipment takes too long, (this is my experience after like 3 orders so i am not a one time angry customer), moreover not enough information or tracking details provided. Emag adds the shipment costs when ordering from several webshops... If i visit them individually it has the same result...Basically they do nothing they are a kind of webshop of webshops. Another thing that most of the products cannot be picked up at their locations despite of their advertismtments so you wont even save the shipment costs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY THERE. Horrific and rude customer support, where - as they claim - they have no supervisor.
DO NOT BUY THERE. If you order a product and they claim at the time of the order that you can pick it up after a certain date at their store in "Mamut-I" building - be prepared that they fail to deliver it on-time.
DO NOT BUY THERE. There is no communication between their teams.
Forgot to mention, as I asked the customer support, is the showroom of Extreme Digital in Mamut-I building where I have to pick up the monitor, her answer was "I don't know". They don't even know, who they are, the highest level of incompetence I ever seen. Why are these bozos still in business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, BEWARE! Bought an office chair, turned out to be a very low quality product. The base broke while the chair was still brand new. I think they sell stuff retailers would normally turn away, for low quality reasons. Returning was a hassle, almost impossible. Every excuse not to pick up, etc., when they do show up they do not even tell you in advance so you may not even be home + very rude.
Oh, and they censor bad customer reviews in their website. All those "5 star" reviews? Fake.
They won't get my business again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 times dipers "Avaiable" status, never arrived. After 2 weeks deleted my delivery without discussing with me. Customer care basically said they cant do anything... I wrote a review and they never posted due its a complain... And told me I should go to CC. Untrustworthy, runnning like Hungary: dictatorship, censorship... Joke!! Never order from here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All photos from past are not relevant anymore. They have moved their store into the WestEnd Shopping Mall. It is in the 1st floor( by Hungarian standards). You need to use entrance from Nyugati side of the building. After you enter, take the escalator to the first floor where yiu enter H&M shop. Exit the store and take left passway. It is approximately 40m away from H&M. Just go straight and you will see it on your left.
P.S. Regardless of their web site showing product in stock, most of the time you still need to order it and wait for couple of days to come and be available to collect.
