Zaterdagavond om 19u na telefonische afspraak heeft een zeer vriendelijke , lieve en behulpzame dame ons verder geholpen. We hebben terwijl genoten van het mooie Boeda . Zeer tevreden en bedankt .
My daughter lost her passport in Balaton.
Saturday evening at 7 pm after an appointment by telephone, a very friendly, sweet and helpful lady helped us further. While we enjoyed the beautiful Buda. Very satisfied and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is how an embassy should be run! Spoke to the lovely lady on the weekend to discuss my passport problem. Emergency passport was issued to me within 20 minutes on Monday morning.
Meanwhile the UK embassy were going to take approximately two working days... this would have resulted in me losing out on my flight, incur additional accommodation costs and an additional day of time off at work.
