Én mindkettőre elküldtem a kérdésemet, az egyikről kb. azonnal érkezett egy hibaüzenet, hogy a címzett nem található, de a másikról majdnem ezzel egyidőben megérkezett a valós, ember által írt válasz is a kérdésemre. Ügyintézésem alatt végig ez jellemezte a folyamatot: minden kérdésemre azonnal érkezett válasz, még ünnepnapon is (nov.1) este 20 óra után. No, nem akarok senkit buzdítani, hogy ünnepnapokon keresse a nagykövetséget, ez csak egy megállapítás, hogy az ügyintézés, vízum-kérelem zökkenőmentes és nehézségek nélküli volt. A legnehezebb az egészben a Vereckei lépcsőn való felfele séta volt. Kiemelném Dudics István urat, aki mindenben a segítségemre volt. There are two email addresses on the embassy website, one is old / incorrect and the other is still valid. I sent my question to both of them, about one. I immediately received an error message that the recipient could not be found, but the real, man-made answer to my question arrived from the other almost at the same time. Throughout my administration, this characterized the process: all my questions were answered immediately, even after 8 pm on a public holiday (Nov. 1). Well, I don’t want to encourage anyone to go to the embassy on holidays, it’s just a statement that the administration, visa application was smooth and hassle-free. The hardest part of the whole was walking up the stairs to Vereckei. I would like to highlight Mr. István Dudics, who was there to help me in everything.

F	Fernando Rios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever seen in an embassy. They have only opening hours of 9-12 but they decide somedays just to work until 10 or 11am!! They don't answer phone calls or respond emails!

How can they stay here for nothing? I’m not Thai but my wife is and so many times we asked help from them to guide us how to do pappers for my wife and they never knew nothing. Sugyész ávri tyo bukó.

All Embassy staff were very helpful, I got my visa the same day when I arrived at the Embassy building, no fuss, no problems. In particular, I have to thank Mr. István who helped with every aspect of my visa application process. Just come prepared with all required documents and you'll be fine.
