i am absolutely disappointed. After checking out, we ordered a taxi from reception. however, a private car was sent to us which nearly fell apart and appeared barely drivable. In addition, we had to pay a fixed price which was 40% more than with an official taxiI am really dissapointed. In my point of view this is a Real tourist rip off. This hotel didn't need that and spoiled the whole nice vacation for us.

Come by either taxi or public transportation, the hotel is easy to reach: it's located in the heart of the city. The hotel is in a newly build building, surrounding a freshly renovated church, thus the whole block is quite fancy. Entering the hotel, a beautifully decorated lobby with quite luxurious scent welcomes us: italian designer furnitures, classy decorations and deliberate spacing. The rooms are well designed, equipped, quiet, has good ventilation and dark, so everything is given for a relaxing sleep. The staff is professional, polite and very helpful, either at the reception or at the bar/restaurant. Speaking of the restaurant: the breakfast is very good. Has a wide variety of foods from all around the world. They have alternative milks, lactose-free beverages, vegan options to chose from, so everybody can find their perfect day-starter. If one wants to exercise a bit before leaving the hotel for the day, there is a well equipped fitness studio to use, with a beautiful view to neighbouring streets. The hotel has the perfect location to explore the city, visit some of the best places to eat, drink and dance, so if one wants to let off some steam, its also a very good choice. Highly recommended for couples or business trips, has everything you can ask for.

Very small room. Asked for a balcony, paid extra, and got one on the first floor and completely in the shadow. Cleaning service came in very late in the day. Breakfast could have been better: lots of choice but very industrial-like products, often flavorless. Don’t get fooled by the quantity. It has a very good location though, you’re close to everything but that alone can’t justify the price. Very expensive and therefore not worth it.

I liked this place a lot, very central, very clean and modern. It’s a perfect hotel for a city break. The facilities, bar, restaurant are also excellent. Breakfast is the usual hotel buffet and the quality is very good. I’ll definitely go back.

This is a fabulous hotel in the centre of Budapest. I stayed for 4 days to enjoy the city with my wife. We had a room that had windows on 3sides on the 7th floor, also a large outdoor balcony/terrace to ourselves. The room was great with a large bath, Netflix on the TV etc. The window curtains were electric! The hotel was impeccably clean and the interior design was delightful. The wife booked us breakfast even though I would have preferred local cafes however it was good / acceptable. The coffee machines weren't too great, but I've had way worse before. The cleaners accidentally broke a perfume bottle in our bathroom while cleaning one day. Hotel staff went out and bought a replacement and wrote a kind letter all before be returned from a day out. Very impressive and a lovely touch! I'd definitely stay next time I'm visiting Budapest! Forgot to mention the bar - barman amazing, cocktails amazing, get the green basil smash, delicious!

Nice and new hotel with perfect location, but we got very small room and the bed linens were never changed as I know in 4 stars hotel it has to be changed every day. Moreover seems that maids just forgot there job. It feels we were bagging for our room to be cleaned up. We stayed in the hotel 5 nights and they came to the room barely twice we just every day were asking for towels from the reception . It destroyed all impression from well designed hotel.

Superb location for tourists. Close for the metro, bars and fashion street but away enough for noise. Staff cannot do enough for you and the evening barman Martin always went above to give exceptional service (Enjoy the disaronno and coke) prices very reasonable for a hotel bar and we added onto our hotel tab and paid on departure. Rooms were cleaned regularly and very smart. Would of liked premium sports channels in the rooms for that extra touch but that's my preference. Breakfast from 7-10am was great. Buffet style but be warned that from 9am this gets very busy however the staff fill up as quickly as possible. 24/7 reception for all your needs and very helpful when asked information. 5/5 hotel and will be back

Wow! We had such an amazing experience at this new hotel. The room was so big and beautiful, designed so perfectly in a modern way, a lot of space for everything. The shower was so big and bathroom had towels warmer. One thing that was missing is an iron. We got almost everyday new bottles of water without extra charge when the room was getting cleaned. The service was wonderful, and every issue we had they happily helped us. And besides all of that the location obviously was the best thing. Right in center. I definitely recommend to come to this hotel, we really didn’t wanna leave.
