★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give you any information until you call yourself and ask. We already paid for breakfast, but they didn't give us the breakfast card. (I seem to have forgotten). I waited until breakfast the next day, left a message and called 20 times, but they said they would bring it and didn't give it to me. So when we called again, our phone was blocked. There was no toilet paper, soap, shampoo or hair dryer in the hotel. (It was clearly marked as being in a hotel.) Existence itself is an impossible and incomprehensible hotel experience. Even the cleaning staff's items are stored in the hotel and smell bad. Hygiene is also the worst.
